Yes. I bought a pressure washer from Costco a few weeks ago. I found that the turbo nozzle cleans quicker. Looking at some professional cleaners. I can see why. The turbo nozzle has a less pressure than the high pressure wand tip but it throws out more water.

A 15 degree nozzle with proper body mechanics and a 5 foot swing you can get a lot clean if you don't have a turbo nozzle.

Either your turbo nozzle is broken or the frames on the video are not matching the speed otherwise that should be spinning way faster
