Thats good info seems like all cars on the flex joint wires have a problem had to repair a couple of Ford Taurus on door locks broken wires.
Thank you, I just finished cleaning up my antennas circuitboard with som brakecleaning and a small brush. Remote locking works like a charm now.

Hi Dr. Dean, just to tell you, you are the best, i done complete divetsity antenna, both sides, no fob, no rear heating etc.
So I have this issue with my 2006 e61 but there is no 4 torx to loosen... Instead there are plastic covers and under them are some metal with what looks like something clipped on from the other side. Where do I loosen the spoiler in this case?
So my FM radio works fine and I just fixed all my wires for defroster, glass hatch button, and etc. So can the FM work fine but, central locking no?
My key stoped working and my radio reset to default but it finds radio stations no problem
Hello my remote locking sometimes work sometimes it doesnt i believe cable issue r those main cables r on the left of trunk connection ?
Hello that’s the same problem I have but I haven’t tried to go close up to the rear or checked the diversity antenna would you recommend checking all this first before get auto pick how to sort key out

I changed it on mine but my key is still not working checked if my key had power and it had and i have fixed all the wires in the tailgate

Hello! does the Diversity Antenna affect ccc in anyway? my ccc is rebooting and central locking only works from the keyhole.
Hi Dean, just found your channel while looking for some info, wow thanks for all the videos. I've got a 2009 e61 and I think the diversity attena is gone (no CL or radio), but can it be repaired? Doesn't look corroded. Does a replacement have to be coded to the car, does it have to be an e61 antenna?
My rear window heater is not working and wiper blade as well. What and where should i look for? Its on e61 lci
Curious. What is the red connector on the diversity module and strip going into the back glass? On my car, the strip is severed.
