YOU GUYS ARE KILLING ME. THAT METHOD OF DEFENSE GOES ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE JOE LOUIS ERA, IT'S A VERSION OF THE DEFENSE THAT FIGHTERS LIKE JERSEY JOE WALCOTT AND ARCHIE MOORE USED, A VERSION. KEN NORTON AND A SHIT LOAD OF OTHER FIGHTERS USED. HELL, THAT STYLE IS EVEN USED IN THE MARTIAL ARTS. I KNOW BECAUSE I WAS TAUGHT HOW TO DEFENSE MYSELF USING THAT FROM THE "CAT STANCE" I DON'T KNOW WHO CLAIMED IT WAS DERIVED IN PHILLY BECAUSE I'VE USED THAT STYLE EVER SINCE THE 70'S AND I HAD NEVER BEEN TO PHILLY!

Im really serious about buying your videos, i know that different styles work for different fighters but which in your opinion is best all around style for both aggressive and defensive, you can be agressive with philly shell against less experienced but you cant be as defensive with peekaboo, wheres the common ground
Jae Roccem The truth is you’ll need each posture for different scenarios unless you plan on sparring against a heavy bag. You can’t win a fight one way so each of these skills are necessary. We would’ve never created the products if there wasn’t a need for them all.
Getting caught without one or the other is detrimental at the elite levels of boxing. That’s the honest truth my good man. Start out with the Philly Shell and then get the Peek a Boo.
