Ive been on a fat loss phase for 11 weeks now while using ksm-66 and its been so so much easier as far as mood and well-being. It makes all the difference. I use a big dose of 1200mgs and would typically use 600mg if I wasn't deep into a cut. It really is the real deal.
@@NoFate247 I split the dose to mornings and evenings. I'm not sure how much the body can absorb in one dose so I use the clinical dose of 600mg twice per day to give it a bigger window to absorb each dose.

The real "problem" with Ashwaganda is unlikely that it's not 600 mg KSM-66 though it say 600 mg KSM-66 but rather that there are just dried roots, the KSM-66 extract, the Sensoril extract and other extracts out there so 600 mg Ashwaganda whatever product won't necessarily be the same as 600 mg of another product. Which one is best I don't know but there are different Ashwaganda products. Also my capsules are 300 mg but the label list amount for 2 or 4 capsules so whatever. 2*300 = 600.

I've taken plenty of Rhodiola Rosea once upon a time but I took lots of shit, Ginkgo Biloba too (and felt like shit trying to do 10x10 deadlifts so that scared me) but also lots of caffeine, theobromine, EGCG, acetyl-l-carnitine tyrosine, beta-alanine, citrulline-malate, creatine, taurine. Can't say I noticed anything of the ginkgo or rhodiola. Have thought about Ashwaganda and took one capsule 300 mg today. Mostly I just feel like my body is very stressed but I think that's from caffeine but maybe also mood/life situation.
