If you not into the ultra high spec camera tech avata 2 is for sure more versatile. I flew an indoor take through kitchen, bedrooms, staircases and through windows directly into 100m+ meters like a jet fighter and just hover in the sky and looking over the horizon like a mavic 3 pro. With Horizon steady the footage looks almost as stable as mavic series. And rocksteady gives you that jetfighter feeling.
@@JaredHoyman for just shear fun the Avata 2. For getting great shots Mavic. I have an Avata and a Mini 3 Pro as well. haven't flown the Avata much since I got the 2.
quite frankly, I would never see myself flying an fpv drone. I prefer the stabilized video and the zoom capabilities. most of what I do is with the matrice drones but between the Mavic 3 pro and the avata 2, I prefer the Mavic. I am not ready whatsoever to learn fpv. I'm too scared to fly a drone with no safety features or obstacle avoidance. d-log is a great feature too. overall, I prefer the air 3
@@bsod_onamac4984 the 2 other lenses do bring the mavic 3 pro to the next level. I forgot to mention that. I’ve been wanting to fly fpv for a few yrs now so with the avata 2 making it so easy this is the best time. Learning it was pretty easy. If they make a pro version with a micro 4/3 sensor then that will be game changing.
@@jeffreyrh that was my fear too but surprisingly I have not been dizzy using it. The refresh rate is good where it’s not jittery. If you have done VR with a high refresh rate goggles it’s kinda like that.
Both are good. If you want to have the experience of flying then avata 2. If you want pro photos a video mavic 3. Avata takes decent photos and vid but mavic is better.
Thanks! You helped me make the correct decision for me. Avata 2 it is!

I’m new to drones I buy the avata 2 and I’m hook now I can drive Manual yes but is so fun
Nice explanation of what each drone has to offer. I think I will get the Avata 2 soon!
Thank you! It is the most fun to fly out of the two.
@JaredHoyman
I got the mini 4 pro and avata 2, just bear in mind you can't fly the avata 2 everywhere like the mini 4.
Question: For Unique Video shots, do you recommend fpv drones for wedding event purposes?
It is quite a unique shot from fpv video. If you need photos the mavic would be better.
I own both. I understand!
Do you have a favorite?

@@JeffreyLangfels The Avata 2 has made flying drone fun for me again. I agree! The Mavic still captures the best shots though.
Yup as a real estate agent, I think im gonna go with the Avata 2, the Air 3 has appealed to me as well. Any experince with it the Air 3?
None with the air but the avata 2 is so fun.
Small thing. The 5.1K is only 50 fps on the Mavic 3 pro, 4k does 60 but the 5.1 caps out at 50.
Perfect video, I'll be getting both.... Complement each other.... thank you .
They really do compliment each other. Great drones!
Well i already have a mavic 3 pro so next up is the avata 2
You will love it!
fun would be the dji fpv the best flying drone period.

avata 2 vs mini 3, what would be your take on it?
For the experience I would go with the avata 2. It’s so fun!
The Avata 2 sounds fun but I get dizzy easy and I'm worried I would get nauseous. Do you ever feel that?

Try doing a inside property tour with the mavic.
Lol. It will be like a tornado with everything flying around.
hi can you help me i can't deside what im going to pick

Dude hilarious intro! instant sub lol
lol…thank you and welcome aboard.
Have you flown either of these drones? Which one excites you the most?
