What a great band. So underrated. Slaughter and Cinderella came along at the end of 80's and the end of an era of music we will never see again. I feel blessed I lived through the 3 greatest decades of ROCK N ROLL.
Mark used to have such a great singing voice. Saw them 4 times back in the day and he used to crush it. Sad to see his range pretty much gone, but you can't stay young forever...

You have a loss greater than mine but this song made lots of relationships either happen or fall.

Met a lot of famous people and all the albums, cassettes and eventually CD's. Free concert tickets with backstage passes. You could say I was living the dream but it's never enough.

I give him a lot of credit for trying to squeeze out the high notes. Most artists de-tune and skip the high notes. Elton John took all his high notes out of his songs years ago.

Will Hunt is just as good. Blas is their main drummer. But with the respect these guys have for one another it's great. If Blas has prior engagement, it's cool call on Will, or their Original drummer from the 80's, who also fills in. Bobby Rock for those who don't know from VVI years.
A for effort.... D- for execution. I wish Mark would just sing it where possible. No need for the screams, just tone it down, his lower register is still so good... That has got to hurt.....

Yikes. Mark lives here in Nashville. Saw him in a club downtown one night back in 2008. The two people I was with got a pic with him by the bar. Mark asked if I wanted one too and seemed surprised when I declined.

Cinderella came out in 1983, they were there throughout the 80's
I first heard Night Songs in December of 1986, 60 miles west of this concert location. There was plenty of the 80s left to go from there.

Tom Keifer got an infection in his vocal cord and it paralyzed. He had many surgeries and had to relearn to sing.
bummer that Mark can't hit those notes anymore.. he should probably just tune down to help with that
