See that drummers are real young guy he thinks he's living the life behind the band that was washed up before he was born just trying to make the most of it
Sure we all age and may not have what we once did,but to Contribute such a unforgettable ballad that crushed everyone's guts with that beautiful vocal tone.. Total respect to this guy.. Those Acoustical Renditions truly choked me up.. Can stand up there and whistle after that ,and still have earned my honor..Salute..
I have always loved the 80's and 90's rock music...its so sad seeing no one with long hair anymore..glad to see Mark and Dana still rocking the long locks!
I never knew slaughter was still kicking it man. Wow. Idc what people are saying about the peformance. The singer can still freaking sing, and the drummer is doing fine with whatever he is doing. Getting in the moment. Feeling the song. Great job guys.
Hell Yes 🤘 And to the remarks about the drummer , he's doing what he's supposed to . This song was a huge epic tune back then , and he's just getting letting us know that in this moment we are forever young❤️
I've been watching this several times now, I think it's AMAZING! Talk about getting into your music! Some bands (just standing there) put me to sleep, LOVE THE ENERGY !
The drummer may be a little over the top, but if you are a musician you know what he is doing is AMAZING! Decades of playing and still rocking! I’m sure the bad comments are from non musicians who have no clue about musical talent and of an age era that can’t appreciate that they are still doing what they love!! Way to go Slaughter!!!! Proud of you!! And yes, I am a little older than they are, so I know good rock n roll. It doesn’t exists in today’s music. Just don’t.
Still great musicians, he has a tough time hitting the highs but that's life, we don't stay young forever, still enjoy their music and it's way better than the crap were stuck with nowdays.
The drummer was by far the best part. All the drummer haters obviously don't have a clue what they're talking about. The drummer was excellent! He didn't miss a single beat and he caught every stick, and still played flawlessly!!
Beautiful was fun festival they were great and so many of the other bands still rocking awesome. Hope after virus we have another rock festival at Merriweather and please come back Mark S. such a good soul. LOVE Thanks for having this video memory of that day. Peace 🥰❤🧡💛💚💜
Mark used to have a powerful voice with such crazy range, the only competition could be Sebastian Bach (Skid Row) and Miljenko Matijevic (Steelheart). It’s obvious that the voice won’t stay intact forever, and they adjust. It was disappointing to hear this; he was screaming a lot where he used to jump octaves. But many weren’t an actual intended note, or he was flat and pitchy. He was a ultimate talent in his prime. That will be how he’s remembered.
Honestly I chalk it up to them still using old-school wedge floor monitors rather than switching to in-ear monitors like virtually all other serious bands have done. I saw them in 2022 and Marc's voice I'm afraid has only gotten worse.
Zoltan Chaney on drums! He also played on Vince Neil's recent tours. Guy is wicked good in the pocket considering he literally runs around the kit while playing in time, all night.
For those talking shit about Zoltan(the drummer)...YOU have no idea who he is or who he has played with. He is AMAZING. Saw him when he was the drummer for Vince Neil. He STOLE the show. On point, hits hard and just fascinating to watch play.
The drummer is a total distraction. Also, Dana Strum dresses like a dude who left his job at an office, went out to a bar and got wasted, and it’s like 3:00am and he still hasn’t changed yet.
I Haven't really checked out this band since the early 90's . It is good to see that the core unit of Mark Slaughter and Dana Strum are still performing as a team. They should have dedicated this to Tim Kelly but they have probably lost numerous friends and family members and roadies through all these years that they have to generalize the tribute for this song. I wonder what happened to Blas Elias. I don't know if many fans are aware of the fact that Dana Strum was friends with Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne and introduced them to Randy Rhoads and then after his tragic death on the plane. Dana introduced them to Jake E Lee his first replacement. So definitely Dana Strum is friends with lots of great musicians.
Loved this this band in my day but hard to watch as old as i am and they are even older lol ..I'll just remember the good old days that's a better picture :)
Slaughter/Cinderella was my 1st concert. Not easy to hear him in the wear n' tear years compared to him in the heyday. Still love Mark. I was actually wondering if the drummer's job was to pull focus a bit. Seems to have worked by the looks of the comments. Most are talking about the drummer instead of Mark's vocals. lol
Fantastic. Still I think its long overdue that the two of them consider doing that Free Form Jazz Project they've always been thinking about on some shed tours next summer.#itstimenow
LOL, close. That dude from Rick K was from the Pittsburgh area, WV I think. Played in a band called Brick Mistress back in the day. Was the craziestthing I ever saw until this guy. This dude is borrowed but from Vince Neil's band apparantly. I opened for Slaughter at Jergel's in Pittsburgh last Sunday, so I just happened to have gotten the story on this guy less than a week ago. Crazy thing is, my drummer loves the guy.
@@TonyTheBassPlayer1 i think Vince borrowed them. Dana Strum played for Slaughter and Vinnie Vincent Invasion. But , yeah, a little too much enthusiasm.
I find it funny how many armchair musicians want to throw their reviews into the pit about everything from the drummer to Marc's vocals. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, no doubt. But look at it this way, I'm 47 now. I can't run as fast or as far as I did when I was 22. I can't lift the weight I used to. I can't stay up all night partying, not sleep and go straight to work like I used to. Time tears us all down. Even with exercise and a good diet, the human body still breaks down over time. Glen Tipton is like 70 and has Parkinson's, but he doesn't quit. It makes him happy to play music. Point being, you don't stop doing what you love just because you can't do it as well anymore. Marc's voice sounds pretty good here to me. Better than I could ever do these days. We should be celebrating that this style music is still being kept alive. Otherwise, Shady Perry, Lil' Bling Bling, 21 Astronauts, Harpoon 5 and Imagine Fagons would be all we have to choose from.
When most of your voice is based on falsetto, and throat voice, it’s really hard to maintain that same elasticity as you age... if he was smart, he would just use his voice, which is very good, and let the falsetto go...
That drummer DEFINITELY is at the right gig.
Watching him was so much fun and he never missed a beat.
See that drummers are real young guy he thinks he's living the life behind the band that was washed up before he was born just trying to make the most of it
Zoltan Chaney is a machine behind the drums, so basic, yet so entertaining and fun!
Looks like an idiot
@@johnphillipsjr7238 shhh!
the drummer is just enjoying his life
Lol yeah he is 🤪
Zoton Chaney I believe??
And cocaine 😂🤷😎

Sebastian Bach and Slash still have long hair.
So glad they're still playing. totally underrated band. They had a unique sound for the era
I never knew slaughter was still kicking it man. Wow. Idc what people are saying about the peformance. The singer can still freaking sing, and the drummer is doing fine with whatever he is doing. Getting in the moment. Feeling the song. Great job guys.

You can't be serious
When your drummer is tweaked out of his mind.
Also: R.I.P Mark Slaughter's voice
Dana Strum...One of the best rock bassist.
I love his performance when playing!
The guy wears elf shoes.
The drummer may be a little over the top, but if you are a musician you know what he is doing is AMAZING! Decades of playing and still rocking! Mark... This is excellent. Godspeed to you all. You still got it. Rock and Roll forever!
Still great musicians, he has a tough time hitting the highs but that's life, we don't stay young forever, still enjoy their music and it's way better than the crap were stuck with nowdays.
He's doing what he does best and showing off to the crowd!!! Rock On!!!!
The drummer was by far the best part. All the drummer haters obviously don't have a clue what they're talking about. The drummer was excellent! He didn't miss a single beat and he caught every stick, and still played flawlessly!!
The drummer stunk up the show!
Drummer was distracting.
Totally agree 1000 % He's killer !!
the drummer is awful. from his hair on his head to his sticks, nothing about the drummer is authentic. VERY SAD SIGHT TO SEE!
Putting on a show is cool, but distracting from the rest of the band is not. It's all about balance. Watch Morgan Rose.
Still has some serious vocal range !!! Always thought he was a notch above the rest in that period of time and tunes
Him and Geddy Lee.
Beautiful was fun festival they were great and so many of the other bands still rocking awesome. Hope after virus we have another rock festival at Merriweather and please come back Mark S. such a good soul. LOVE Thanks for having this video memory of that day. Peace 🥰❤🧡💛💚💜
Merryweather Ruled. That Day. I was there both days.
Awesome. Can not wait to go back. They were Brilliant and the sky was rocking with all that rain. Peace🖤💜💙💚💛❤
best drum live performance by heart....nailed it..
drummer is bad ass... let him have fun
That drumming is awesome LOL kicking cymbals with his feet now that I've never seen 😳 LOL
Daniel Baugher check out the drummer for Hale Storm, he does the same stuff and is awesome!!
Horror Head I was about to say this guy is copying Arjay Hale form halestorm but you beat me to it
ive seen it before. its called "having a fit"
He says l might be the drummer........but this is my goddamn show!
Zoltan Chaney is the drummer, check his vids out, guy is fun as hell to watch....
Zolton Chaney is a rocking drummer being himself with his own style !! Hell Yessss !
Mark used to have a powerful voice with such crazy range, the only competition could be Sebastian Bach (Skid Row) and Miljenko Matijevic (Steelheart). Mili has them both beat at this point in the game!
Honestly I chalk it up to them still using old-school wedge floor monitors rather than switching to in-ear monitors like virtually all other serious bands have done. I saw them in 2022 and Marc's voice I'm afraid has only gotten worse.
3:55. OMG, that drummer! Crazy how he doesn't miss a beat doing that. :-)
This reminds me of a funeral where everyone is sad and mellow except for that one kid with ADD running around.
Excellent M3 Festival. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
That is one happy ass drummer.
Zoltan Chaney on drums! He also played on Vince Neil's recent tours. Guy is wicked good in the pocket considering he literally runs around the kit while playing in time, all night.
Got to love the cymbal kicks with his feet, great
The drummer found some ole 80’s powder in one of the Slaughter road cases & went off the rails! Lol literally 😆
Damn it all I can say is Wow !! I love Slaughter ❤️ back in the 90s I got to see them in concert Mark Slaughter kicks ass still OMG 🔥💓💓💓
Whatever that drummer is on I want lots of it .
Love it! You rock as always!
It’s that guy from the “Drummer at the wrong gig” video!
For those talking shit about Zoltan(the drummer)...YOU have no idea who he is or who he has played with. He is AMAZING. Saw him when he was the drummer for Vince Neil. He STOLE the show. On point, hits hard and just fascinating to watch play.
The drummer steals the show right on............................
That drummer is a trip
I’m still a fan been listening to stick it to yah since I was born
love the drummer , that's how its done !!!
Someone hint to the drummer its a ballad not Girls Girls Girls ...lol
for all u haters, the drummer is AWESOME!!!!!!
that drummer is great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This drummer is at the right gig.
The drummer is a total distraction. Also, Dana Strum dresses like a dude who left his job at an office, went out to a bar and got wasted, and it’s like 3:00am and he still hasn’t changed yet.
🤣
It's crazy we still get to see these 80's bands. That will all be leaving us soon.
Slash will probably play into his 90's. lol
Yeah the drummer is phenomenal !!! So great !!!!
What a drummer............................
The drummer is fucking awesome. Been a drummer my whole life. Thats some awesome shit
Damn, Mark still sounds great!! 🤘🤘
Have loved this song since came out in the 90s👍

The drummer stealin the show
I loved Slaughter back in my teens!
Loved this this band in my day but hard to watch as old as i am and they are even older lol ..I'll just remember the good old days that's a better picture :)
Who else wants to party with the drummer!?!? 💯🙌🏻🤘🏼🤘🏼
That drummer is AWESOME
Damn...that drummer is the best showman of the group. Sorry, Blas. I saw Slaughter in the early 90s. Great band.
Wtf happened to that amazing voice he had?
That drummer is the shit!!! Love the passion!!!!!
the drummer the drummer...full of feel
Can't quite hit those higher notes anymore, but they're still rockin'.
It takes me back 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

Seen them live in their prime New Years Eve 89/90
coughFAKEcough. No one on TV is really playing or singing .ever.
Beautiful
They borrowed the drummer from Rick K and the AllNighters!
LOL, close. That dude from Rick K was from the Pittsburgh area, WV I think. Played in a band called Brick Mistress back in the day. Was the craziestthing I ever saw until this guy. should send him back
Thats funny
That's what I was thinking shit!!
@@TonyTheBassPlayer1 i think Vince borrowed them. Dana Strum played for Slaughter and Vinnie Vincent Invasion. But , yeah, a little too much enthusiasm.
Love the drummer!!!!!!!!!!
Love the drummer...kept me engaged....

Chill drummer for a song or two , holy shit
He's still as handsome as always.
Is that Animal on drums? :-)
BTW I think he is awesome!
The drummer rule the show.
Cool to see they are still rockin!
From 3:55 to 4:00 the Chaney made me lose it man. He jumped up like he had to take a dump all of a sudden. 😂😂😂😂
The guy is a complete moron lol
The need more energy!!! Hahaha....it's great to see the guys still rockin.
Cool video
Just a bit overkill there drummer boy. Settle down...
Yeah, just play the drums instead of just playing
That drummer fuckin rocks!!! That's how it's done ladies and gents!
I remember meeting him in Calimesa CA at Wayne Charvel’s guitar store in the 90’s, wouldn’t give me the time of day.... Hello Karma, table for one?
Hey little drummer boy. This song is supposed to be a powerballad. So, no need to act like if you‘re playing Angel of death.
The song sucks anyway. Great drumming. Best part of the video.
You gota love this drummer.
Man, I thought Def Leppard's singers voice was shot................this dude's is totally gone..........
Andy Salter Michael Sweet👍🏻
That drummer is awesome! :)
Best part? Caitlyn Jenner back there on the drums who, along with the lead guitarist, seemed to want to play a completely different song. Too funny!!!
Or the part right at 6:05 or so right before the end when Yoko Ono comes out to capture it all on film. La vie en pose!
When most of your voice is based on falsetto, and throat voice, it’s really hard to maintain that same elasticity as you age... if he was smart, he would just use his voice, which is very good, and let the falsetto go...
Love you guyzzzz
Now that is a drummer👍
The drummer is pretty entertaining also! Hahahahaha!!!
Mark's starting to look a bit like Danzig!
oh oh...Shine a light on him quick
What if they're the same guy? hmmm.
cool video
Song is soooooo bad! Basically unrecognizable. What a mess.....
I'm thinking he knows he cant hit them notes, said fuck it it's close enough..
That's what i was thinking to. The drummer needs to come back to earth. Geez
Dudes done
It’s a shame in his prime Mark Slaughter was amazing
That drummer needs anger management.... what did those cymbals ever do to him?
This is greatness ...chubby Mark , that drummer 😂😂greatness
Jeff looking and sounding great as usual!!
Sounds awesome!
Just me or did the drummer not seem to be into this ?
Man that drummer kicks ass
I'll have what the drummer had please!
