It looks incredible, I don’t care what people say or hate on it, they just don’t understand it entirely, Indy isn’t a powerful god or anything, he’s just a everyday human being but the best one for years, I’m really excited for this game and so should Indiana Jones fans too

it looks great and really captures that indiana jones spirit. not an FPS, brawler or a point and click but rather lots of improvisation, stealthiness and guile. i think it would've been better if it was in 3rd person perspective rather than 1st person

I'm sure it'll see as much use as the third person mod for Doom Eternal. ie not at all. The game's design is a spiritual successor to Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay, which was developed by the same core team and with a similar focus on immersion. It was a very good game, though even back then I recalled whinging about not being able to see Vin Diesel on the screen all the time, as if players had the object permanence of toddlers. Though maybe some do. I don't want another Tomb Raider or Uncharted. Uncharted is off-brand Indiana Jones already. Going in a different direction is a good idea, it might not sell as well since games like this never seem to, but it's better than eating the same old slop.

It reminds me of the King Kong video game from years back. It had that first-person, immersive feel with a limited HUD vibe going on.
