I’ve got a set of these and they’re worth the money for that feature alone!
I have had my set for 2 years now and they are worth every penny. I won't have any other wrench. Wera's socket sets are awesome too
A nut up in a tight place is 18 years of bad luck
I see what you did there... LOL
😂😂😂
I like em, easy to tell who has your tool
I’ve noticed flat ratchet wrenches have no switch, but the ones that have a slight angle to their heads do. For obvious reasons. Sometimes not having that little bend can be a pain, in certain situations.
Wera, Wiha and Knipix. Fine tools.
Not for the average blue collar guy. Too much money, and can't do anything I haven't learned in my 40 yrs of work.
The finish and overall attention to detail on wera tools makes me hard but they're so darn pricey I always end up with the blue balls🤯
Facts, I want a set so bad but can’t justify it
Yes that feature is so helpful! Wow will need to add these to the toolbox
I have an old ser of Blue Point with the ratchet end having that feature but my wrench's have a reverse switch.
Be careful of the ratchet end that does not have the reverse feature like these wrenches, If you go to far, in some cases and get you ratchet end stuck you have no way to get it back out.
This is amazingly simple and it’s gonna save my so many busted knuckles and thrown tools
I love man. The carry case is super slick too. Helps my disorganized ass stay organized.
I was looking at getting a set of these, but stuck with my gear wrenches because of the weight. I do field service and constantly fly so I want my rolling Milwaukee tool case as light as possible so the case doesn't get beat up or injure my rotator cuff.
Looks like a "Crossthreader 2000." Always start your bolts by hand, not wrench.
👍
I like wera tools but this is an expensive solution for a non existent problem.
I dont like flat ratcheting wrenches as they are knuckle busters , offset are the best
Why didn't I think of that? I just been slapping duct tape on one end for those hard to start bolts.
Wow! That is very nice! Why didn’t I think of the tool? 😎👍🏻
Use sockets, this needs an angle head too
Switch is needed. Get your fingers caught between one that doesn't and you'll know what the Switch is for.
Thats awesome!
Man, I'm sure the extra proce paid for that wrench will offset my free finger.
I have them . Very good!
That make some of the highest quality tools I've used
I dunno I have one im not sold on it. It seems to get stuck on every nut and bolt I tighten, and yes I know how they work.
That is soooo nice
Facom usag and mac have these on the ratcheting end
For technicians without fingers!
Are those backplates magnetic?
You sound like Hank Hill. Dammit Bobby.
Ive used sticky tape to do the same. But this is handy
Hear wrench made a set with a similar design and I can’t find them anymore
Just becomes a part of the car
Nice
Cool 😎
You would never use the open end of your wrench to get a bolt started
They only work on obsolete bolts
I can’t fault the quality of Wera screwdrivers, but the spanners I don’t rate, they’re both too tight (awkward to get on a nut head) and too slack (the notches make em slip prematurely) at the same time.
They do look nice though, but not for me.
Cant believe i didnt invent that
$200-$400😂 I'll use my finger.
I just use a piece of tape to hold it in the closed end of the wrench but i also have several "homemade " cut and angled and welded up wrenches for some tight spots
i hate open ended wrenches
I wish the handle wasn’t huge
That's asking for cross threading . Joker is the right name.
MADA IN GERMANY
All of my wrenches have a switch.
Wera only added a switch to bring familiarization to the people. The push through style ratchets and these just don’t fail. No little switch to get bent or knocked off.
I want some
Nutholder
Lol
electrical tape has been doing this for longer than I've been alive! 36yo..dont waste $
131.00$$ for 4 wrenches
Doesn’t a socket do the same thing but 1000s of times better?
Like you’ve got that big ass long bolt sitting on there, whether you have a ratchet or a wrench you’re still about 3” out from the hole anyway when your starting it.
In which case you probably have room for a socket, so like, wtf?
A ratchet end with no angle is pretty useless a lot of the time.
Ill wait till the good ole horrible freight invents these.
I wouldn't buy them again the open end su ks
On some level it seems wrong that you are telling everyone its holding your nuts. You do you.
Wouldn’t a piece of duct tape serve the same purpose to help ‘hold’ the nut/bolt in place?
Yeah that works too!
Wouldn’t duct tape hold your car window together as well?
Till u get in situation where u can’t get it back off 😂
A little piece of masking tape will do the same thing …..
You do that around me and I’m going to laugh my ass off. There’s a tool for everything and your tape represents your worth. That’s why you make less than $30 an hour. And besides what kind of mechanic/ millwright is going to have house painter tape on them. Grow up and do better.
What makes them different is that they are bigger then they should be for some stupid reason which restricts access every time I try and use them. Overpriced and stupid brought to you by the cringe slogan 'Tool Rebels'
Not worth the money. They are stupid expensive
Loved it, but the ratchet broke on the fourth use...
To be fair, I might have gotten acid into the mechanism.
This idea is grewt
