Just found your videos and I *love* them. I am obsessed with Toll Brothers homes, especially their model homes which are decorated with such fantastic and luxurious decor. I like that you take such care with details. Just two tiny suggestions for future videos, though is to pan the camera slower and/or more smoothly. All the spinning is making me motion sick! Also, like other commenters have noted, don't forget any rooms!
The little building on the outside would be a great she-shed!

This house is beautiful! The only thing I didn’t love is how the master room, bathroom, and closet are separated but it’s all right next to the living room.
This house never seems to end.
the second floor girly bathroom is soooo pretty. the second floor is great for kids study, love the desk . the second floor laundry was really pretty the floors were nice but i had rather have a folding table like the one in the basement to . the tiles in bathroom shower running the way up .This is a lovely home.
I do love how most of their cabinets go to the ceiling. I think when they don’t it looks tacky and is just a place for dirt, dust and critters!
I love the multiple washer and dryer hookups. I have never understood how some of these homes only have one! Common sense building!
Love it!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😘 Just one thing I never liked and that is a house on the corner because if the city wanted to expand the road that will affect the yard of a corner house.
And I would buy a bigger/multiple lots to have a bigger front yard back yard so neighbors wouldn't be so close. Also, some of the backyard space would be for having raised beds to grow my own fruits and vegetables.

Really depend on the cities inspectors and zoning/planning approving permits. Could take anywhere between 9-12 months
Could we get this same style house..but with 4 or 3 bedrooms?...take away just the bedrooms in the basement but keep the rest ?

Why are all the bedrooms so far apart? I don't like the floor plan aside from the fist few rooms (entry hall, piano room, kitchen, dinning room, living room) everything else is kind of a mess

All that house on that tiny lot. It’s a shame.
Everything is good except the kitchen , it is the least functional design nowadays used by many builders . This makes it very difficult to clean and not good for a full traffic .. This model is effective only for people who use it very sparsively..
