I thought this house would be over a million dollars . I was impressed with the quality and I think the price is fair for what is being offered.
If this house were a few miles away in Mount Pleasant, it would be over a million. However it is currently in a rural area, which is keeping the price down.
Love it. The price is amazing considering what things cost here in Wyoming.
What would this cost in Wyoming?
