This Friberg model is still one of the most beautiful, modern and well-designed homes I have seen and at 6379 SQ FT for $750k it is a "Dream Home" for sure!!! Even though this video walkthrough is 3+ years ago, it still "Beats" these overpriced custom homes here in Los Angeles, California any day, week, month or year! Makes me want to move to Lehi, Utah. I always have to review this walkthrough whenever I want some architectural motivation and inspiration! Love this home model!

My kind of house; except if I have something that big, it would be with a large plot of land, thus the kids can run around in a beautifully landscape yard. I wouldn’t want my neighbours on top of me like in this community. Also having a yard face a access road would be a privacy issue.

Thanks to UA-cam, I have seen many Toll Brothers homes, and I have to say I really am impressed. Within the next decade, I’m hoping to have the chance to build my own home, and if the Toll Brothers are building in East TN by then, (I don’t think they build in East Tennessee right now, but hopefully one day they will be, because there’s definitely money to be made here in East TN) I know Toll Brothers would be my first choice. I actually know several different builders in my area, and I’m honestly not impressed with any of them, so the Toll Brothers would definitely be a breath of fresh air.
Hi new here and this property was amazing!!! The upstairs and downstairs kitchens were both grand. I liked the whole house, especially all of the washing machines and dryers!!!
I suppose this is a nice home. For the right person. To me, it's way over the top. I'm just an old soul. My dream house would be an old Victorian style, hardwood floors, etc... With room to grow my own vegetable garden. 😍

Love the house. I didn't know Toll Brothers was in Utah as well as Nevada and California. I follow a couple of channels in Las Vegas and love the Toll Brothers homes most of all. I might have to ride up to Lehi one day and go see a model. I live down in Price Utah so it isn't far.

I usually don't like dark colors to paint my house, but when I see it in this house, I LOVED IT!! TOOL BROTHERS, YOU KILLED IT!! I WISH YOU CAN BUILD THIS HOUSE, FOR THAT PRICE WHERE I LIVE. WELL DONE 100% 👌
Hi, love this home! The audio is good, and you provide good commentary. The only thing I’d suggest is that you move slower on some of the room pans so we can take everything in. When you were in the basement living space you moved a little fast. Still a great tour. Toll Brothers are my favorite. I hope they expand in Arizona so I can use them.

I absolutely love toll brothers homes. Their townhouse game in ATL is it. This house is gorgeous the craftsmanship is on point but I can’t see myself paying so much to have a master bedroom and the others rooms be so small.
I’m surprised that they they don’t have a better laundry room in the basement and master bedroom closet l. Property and space is amazing for the price. Mid 700k will get you a 1500 square foot townhouse in my area.

I love the tile work in the bathrooms, laundry rooms, the bedroom decors,textured walls and the sliding glass doors in the living room.
The color on the exterior, the layout of the kitchen, the windows in the master bedroom, the basement, very nice. This house is beautiful!
