It is a beautiful home. I would love to have it built in Salt Lake, but I don't think they are ready for something like that here.
That master bedroom and bathroom with no door would drive me insane. My hubby and I work different hours so I’d be disturbing him while he’s asleep and he’d be disturbing me when I’m asleep. I don’t want to hear him showering and he definitely doesn’t want to hear me brush my teeth. The house is amazing but I’d have loads of changes like smooth tile. It’s just easier to dust.

Sorry TOM, the video is the UPGRADED example and the $850k is the starting price. They are $300k to $500k apart. This home is most likely $1.6 million using Toll Brother upgrades.

Your camera skills are getting better, much slower and easier to see everything.
Like the Layout and that it is one story. Those bedrooms and laundry room are far away from the master and in the front of the house.

I love the 12ft ceilings but the square footage is not that big especially for that ceiling height. I would have expected a more open floor plan. Backyard is too small. I prefer an in ground pool, not one above ground like that.
