Something that helped me a lot was just accepting that I'm naturally a child like person. I like laying on hills and looking for cloud animals, I like skipping rather than walking, I like picking flowers from the side of the road, and I still sleep with stuffed animals. Now we have sword fights in the woods with sticks and play hide and seek and do all kinds of silly things. It's fun! Let yourself have fun ladies!
1. Okay up your femininity (colors, hairstyles, heels, purses, dresses) 2. Add visual contrast (heels, lipstick, longhair, accessories, dresses especially when other women are all wearing jeans 3. Sophistication and polishing (old money aesthetic, look put together, avoid patterns, accessories, neutrals, not too flashy, not a lot of logos) 4. Get physically fit (men love healthy vibrant fit women, it’ll give you a glow) 5. Charisma (how we treat others, smile more)

Today I appreciated my short hair for the first time ever. I’ve always had short thin hair so I tried hair extensions. Two weeks later - i took them out because they had rippled my hair out. So I had to chop my hair short again. But I actually appreciate it so much more. My short hair has never hurt me lol and it just sort of suits me and sets me apart. Looks fun with cute outfits and makeup and jewelry and a tan and a smile
Your point on charisma is such a good one. I get so easily sucked into the news and politics and the insanity of some of the ideas circulating around modern secular culture right now. It's like I'm always ready to debate these issues. It's such a hard balance to strike especially at work since some of this comes up naturally. But I know it can turn people away. Thank you for this wonderful advice. You are such a gem:) I found your channel in 2019 (we are the same age) and you very much helped me listen to the desires that God placed in my heart.. Saying a prayer for you and your family🙏
Agh yes !!! It feels like being informed and fighting the good fight, but really, you’re being activated as an emotionally volatile soldier in a way!! I stepped back from all of that after I got pregnant with my oldest son, and I think I’m such a happier person because of it 🎉🎉
@@MrsMidwest I always feel inspired watching your videos. And since you've been back on UA-cam I've really appreciated and admired how much more womanly and beautiful you are. I actually follow a lot of your tips in here. I'm just not a makeup person and I'm not fancy lol But also in all fairness my features are naturally prominent. I have big eyes, ticker dark eyebrows and a wide smile. I work on a farm and it keeps me in shape. Despite the sometimes intense labor I always feel feminine. And my faith, my boyfriend and my family bring out my softness and warmth... Man I love being a woman
I also like being plain - the Lord handed me down a lot of striking beauty and I mostly go the other direction of taking it down a notch so other women don't feel overshadowed. I don't like feeling loud! I like looking soft and gentle and calming. Plus I'd rather my character speak for me instead of stuff I have no control over! I had a lot of very uncomfortable male attention before marriage and am very happy to not have that by quieting my look ❤️ loved the video though!!
Loved watching! I would love to hear more post partum glow up talk. You can't find anything on mommy glow ups or just feeling beautiful and vibrant after having a baby...or 5🙈...You've been so inspiring. I actually found your videos when I was pregnant with my 3rd and watched them ALL. You helped me feel like a person when I was struggling alot. Thank you.
That’s so sweet and cute!! Happy for you and new baby. Thank you for watching! I definitely can talk more about it. I think it’s so nice to do as a mom because your kids feel your vibrant confidence!! ❤❤
I’ve only had one baby so far so I can’t speak to much, but some cute nursing tops and hair clips/headbands made me feel cute. But nothing made me feel “glowed up” like when i got to sleep through the night again!
if you’re in the autumn color season brown can really be a color that makes you shine ! I think the colors you pick that make you look the most vibrant depend on your color season !
Confidence was a game changer in my life, I 100% agree about charisma and being a warm person. Be the person you want to be around! Once I started dating my now husband my confidence only increased and I found it “ironic” that I was receiving a lot of male attention when I finally had a boyfriend 😹 I share that to say - guys are attracted to confidence and charisma! I did not have the style I have today- charisma goes a VERY long way!! Thanks for your video!
Love this video idea! ❤ Hope your husbear is recovering well and you’re all getting much needed rest. ETA: I evolved my personal style over the years and I wear mostly feminine western wear. Lots of skirts (lace, denim, etc.) and dresses with large leather belt buckles synched around the waist and cowboy boots. It’s a stark contrast to the women in my area who wear yoga pants and tank tops.
Your arms are looking so toned! 🙌🏼 you mentioned getting into weight lifting, would love to see some of the exercises you do! Weight exercises are so intimidating for some reason lol
I really love ❤your channel, I am a medical student from India , and studying medicine is sometimes so stressful , and in this hustle we loose our feminine energy, but I found your channel really very helpful, l really love the way you radiate feminine energy, I actually didn’t know that there are feminine women in west, watching your vlogs really uplifts my mood , I see you go church often ,even I am religious, I practice Islam and I really find peace in reading scriptures and living as feminine women , the way almighty god created us, I am having exams in 2 days and during study breaks I am watching your old vlogs. I thought being only housewife with doing any job would be boring and frustrating but your after watching your videos and vlogs I really see the life of a house wife from very different angle, which is the dream life I want to have now. May almighty reward you for creating such beautiful and helpful content ❤❤❤❤❤

Of course! It’s not very exciting 😅 We sleep trained Bodie, but not Troy! Both were really different experiences because they’re different babies. I followed “The Peaceful Sleeper” method from Instagram. She’s a modified sleep training lady who honors parents who like attachment parenting. Troy had slept like an Angel since we brought him home from the hospital, but Bodie was tougher and I needed guidance on how to approach it all, and the Peaceful Sleeper really helped me through it!! I had a lot of anxiety about leaving the boys to self-soothe because I like to be there for them 100%. The peaceful sleeper was the only person I found who fit my parenting style. ❤❤❤ ETA: they both sleep through the night and take a nap around 1pm. Bodie is still a lighter sleeper than Troy, but they both still nap!
@@MrsMidwest thank you for sharing it!! May I ask you which method did you use to sleep train Bodie? I'm a mom of a 13 month old little girl and I'm struggling with sleep hehe I also have anxiety of letting her cry it out, so I'm thinking about Ferber method or the chair method...
@@renataperugini3338oh of course!! So the peaceful sleeper on Instagram was awesome because she goes live and does stories and posts constantly about how to do an attachment-focused sleep method where mom and baby get their needs met. I can’t remember the specifics but it wasn’t takingCarababies. I was pregnant with Troy and had a lot of risky complications when Bodie was being sleep trained, so getting me sleeping through the night was a really big priority in our household. We wanted troy to grow healthy and most nights I was on my own because hubby worked nights, so I didn’t have a choice really but to do it, but once it was done, I felt like it was worth it!!
@@MrsMidwest I'm glad it worked out great!! It's soooo hard to be sleep deprived! I hope to be successful here too! Haha thank you, Caitlin! You're an amazing mom! I've been here since we were both childless homemakers, and here we are with little kids! I feel like a friend haha xoxo 🥰🥰
Thank you so much for this video!! It is awesome, and I love how you thought of all types of women. It’s not a one size fits all!! Thank you so much for you thought!!!❤
This helped me gain sooo much confidence❤❤, it is soo hard to dress feminine when everyone in my neighborhood wear hoodies and kind melts with one´s style... (love from Spain)
I struggle with this because, for me, confidence in the way I look can lead to an haughty attitude, and I don't want to be like that. I always try to remind myself...."Do not let your adornment be merely outward-arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine apparel- rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God." Sometimes being a wallflower helps me keep a gentle and quiet spirit.
I like to shoot for looking presentable, feminine and modest - any more than that and I start feeling proud and haughty too. A gentle spirit is a great God-honouring aspiration ☺️
Oh girl of course !!! No need for that. 39 is such a lovely age. I remember when my mom was 39, I thought she was the most beautiful person in the world ❤❤❤
LOVE!! I’ve definitely incorporated some of these lately, and getting more healthy is my current goal. I wish you could be my personal stylist and do an audit of where I could glow up! 😂 I wore a more fitted T-shirt recently and my husband commented how much of a difference it made compared to baggy…even if there were tummy rolls I was nitpicking! 🙈 Sending more prayers for your family 🙏🏼
Fitted t shirts are so flattering ☺️ I always struggle to make my old baggy ones look cute but I also am emotionally connected so I can’t donate them 😄
Thank you for the prayers!! And yes I wish I could come style and audit too. It would be so fun 😂😅 Good job on the t-shirts !! I’m self conscious about my legs, but I’ve been wearing fitted pants and my husband is encouraging about it lol
Thank you for this video!! I have been watching your videos for a few years now and feel like in a way I have grown with you. I love watching how your life changes but your core values remain the same! Since first starting to watch your videos I believe I have become a happier, more feminine woman, a better mom and wife and a better Christian. You inspire me so much!
Hot weather dress tip: bike shorts aren't your only option to avoid thigh rubbing and rashes. Try Monistat Anti-Chafe Powder Gel or a runners Bodyglide stick. Both work at least 8hrs in sticky, humid weather before needing to reapply.
Oh my gosh, I love Austenland! Im so happy your back, still praying for you and your sweet family 💖 Leaving you with this quote because it’s my favorite line from the movie- “What beauteous skin you have!” “That’s bc every night I put my face in the fire!”

I needed this. Ive been so sick thr past 2 years im just always in a miserable state. I cant work out (ive at least been losing weight bc i get anaphylaxis on 99% of foods 😅) anyway ive been trying to step up being more feminine just to feel some sort of normalcy and confidence. Its so easy to feel sick snd stay in bed all day but im trying! ❤
You deserve to feel beautiful and enjoy life, even in the midst of suffering. I’m so sorry you are experiencing such stressful complications with food. Hearing stories like yours makes me always remember how we are all going through tough things!

This is so humbling to read. I truly find inspiration in all of you! Never forget that. The willingness to encourage one another and me here in the comments, always looking to find peace and joy… the feminine family is truly the best!!
Love this video. I'm looking into color seasons and kibbe body types. I'm starting to get why some people look classy or edgy in some clothing and others don't. Feels quite difficult to apply myself yet, but I think it is worth looking into!
I like it! I was just thinking about how I don't like how I look in most clothes when I'm pregnant... Have you ever consider doing a video on how to not feel frumpy when you have a baby bumb and gain a little weight? 😂
Thank you for the great video, really needed this as my style and looks have been on the backburner since baby won't sleep through the night. Feel like I never have energy and live off coffee. Oh! you should also do a video on people who struggle with looking younger. I'm 32 years old and people still think im 20 or even younger sometimes. I know this is a blessing but right now it can just be frustrating and sometimes theystyle i really like and gravitate towards makes it worse. Ahh!! help! lol Glad your family is doing well 🥰
Great tips as always! But ugh I need to work on my charisma. I'm naturally warm towards my family, friends, coworkers, etc. but when I'm out and about running errands or in an environment where I don't know anyone I know I have an element of hostility lol! Idk why, maybe I don't want to deal with talking to strangers. Whatever the reason I'm sure it's off-putting.
Getting my essence and color analysis by John Kitchener was, by far, the best investment I have ever made. It informs everything I wear and how I style hair and makeup! It is such a relief to know what harmonizes with my particular look. P.S. I love your content and channel! 💗
this summer i have a dress on every day. if im leaving the house i wear makeup except short trips to the store. and i always wear earrings, sunscreen, and a hat. love your channel, i think youre darling. will pray for you and your husband. oh, and i wear perfume.
As always you’re such a great femininity role model and influence :) i don’t get this type of femininity taught and trained into me in my personal life unfortunately so you are a godsend 💕✨ and as a young trans woman transitioning with hormones i know I’ve got to be quite a niche in your demographic 😂 thank you truly, you are the energy in my life that is and has been missing 🥹 💕
I have more of the opposite issue: I always stand out a bit **too** much. I´m still in my 20s, over 6ft tall, often wear heels and vintage floral dresses in light colours as well as long hair in intricate half-updos or vintage curls and I´m always a tad overdressed. This means that I usually stand out A LOT and sometimes I think about toning my styling down a bit and just wearing a shirt and jeans because it would probably seem more elegant, but I just love the way I look in those outfits, heels, make up etc.
In my opinion every woman is beautiful and can glow up, when embracing their body silhuettes with styles that work best for their unique body type.. my life got so much easier and i feel more like myself, after many years that i thought that i couldn't pull off almost any kind of style, since i learned about Kibbe body types..after discovering my type it made a lot of sense why certain styles did not flatter me, and i found out what suits me the most, including make up and hairstyles! Also finding my color season was a game changer!
could you please dive more into other aspects of femininity other than the visual?-which I appreciate a ton btw- I would really like to watch a video that is a lil more spirtual maybe life style...🧡
@@LifeWithBerylanne mainly relationships..confidence, character , self care..craying ourselves around people and handling all kinds of opinions and so on..:)
While I understand the intent of the video, I'd like to say that the most beautiful women I have encountered in my life are Catholic & Orthodox nuns, looking plain, and wearing their plain habits. No affectations. They could be "unappealing in the face" yet infinitely more beautiful than any filtered woman on IG.
That's exactly what I need 😭 especially since I radiate extreme virgin energy 😔 I'm over twenty and people still think I'm like 18, even when I do wear makeup ....
I was still asked if my parents were home last week, trust me at my age it’s a compliment. Youth is fleeting for the majority it’s a beautiful thing to have while you have it.

@@katieociardha2196 for me I think of striving to be like a flower. Beautiful, present but not a showoff
This hair style makes you look 22! You look so refreshed🎀💓
Im sorry about your grandfather, I hope everything moves on to great things!! And remember to keep your faith strong, I know it can be very hard💓
Wow bless you my dear sister !! This comment is so incredible. I love to hear other perspectives. Good job on getting your education. That’s a phenomenal achievement. I’m so proud of you. Thank you for spending time with me on my channel. I hope everything you are working toward and dreaming of comes true !! 🥳🥰🌸🕊️
❤️❤️❤️😇
The Preppy Handbook and True Prep are a couple of my favorite preppy reads. :)
Please, talk about your children's sleeping habits... if you sleep trained them, if they sleep through the night, how was it, naps, etc. Thank you ❤
Of course! It’s not very exciting 😅
We sleep trained Bodie, but not Troy! ❤❤❤
ETA: they both sleep through the night and take a nap around 1pm.
Yes !!! We all deserve to shine !!!!!! 🎉❤
Absolutely do not go against your morals or personal convictions!
I like to shoot for looking presentable, feminine and modest - any more than that and I start feeling proud and haughty too. A gentle spirit is a great God-honouring aspiration ☺️
This is so helpful 🙂 I'm 39 but don't want to start doing the quiet "grandma" look just yet and blend into old fashioned curtains 😅
Oh girl of course !!! No need for that. 39 is such a lovely age. I remember when my mom was 39, I thought she was the most beautiful person in the world ❤❤❤
I felt the same about my mom!
Me too!!!
Old fashioned curtains!! 😂 loool
That’s incredible and impressive that you are focusing out while going through tough times. It shows real inner strength. God be with you guys always!
Sending more prayers for your family 🙏🏼
Fitted t shirts are so flattering ☺️ I always struggle to make my old baggy ones look cute but I also am emotionally connected so I can’t donate them 😄
Thank you for the prayers!! And yes I wish I could come style and audit too. It would be so fun 😂😅
Good job on the t-shirts !!
Im so happy your back, still praying for you and your sweet family 💖
Leaving you with this quote because it’s my favorite line from the movie- “What beauteous skin you have!”
“That’s bc every night I put my face in the fire!”
No the way that movie made me and my friend laugh so hard we were tearing up 😂😂😂
@@MrsMidwest Same, it’s a classic!
Thank you for always giving the best advice. You are always so genuine and well spoken. I hope to meet you in real life one day. God bless you and your boys!! ❤❤
Regarding number two, I love Lilly Pulitzer clothes! They are so bright, vibrant, girly, and fun that it definitely attracts attention. 😂
I have a summer cocktail dress by LP that is so bright and cute ☺️ I need to check their clothes out again!
@@planckismus yes! That have everything from workout clothes to cocktail dresses! I’m obsessed! 💜
You look so beautiful! I also love the pink blouse you are wearing, any chance someone knows where I can get one too?
love your vids & message as always!❤💞 I was in a bad mood before I started watching this and after watching I am in a better mood!
No way I love that!!! Good for you for getting out of your funk. I have that too sometimes. I do a walk + a podcast 😂
Your hair is looking gorgeous!
Energy speaks first. You attract where you are. Enjoying putting God first changes everything at home before going out. ❤️ When I was shy I startedthinking about the fact most people and to talk openly so my friends did also. It helped me to my my Scott since he is my best friend. ❤
Austin Land is my favorite romcom!
Thank you for the good tips!
Lots of love from Germany💕
your videos always give me such a sense of calm when I'm feeling anxious or having a tough day, thank you :)
❤
You deserve to feel beautiful and enjoy life, even in the midst of suffering. I’m so sorry you are experiencing such stressful complications with food. Hearing stories like yours makes me always remember how we are all going through tough things!
We need more reviews from you. 😍
Your videos always puts a smile on my face and makes my heart happy . ❤
If I of a person on the internet that I will be proud of being like one day it is you.
You are a good role model for young women.
Lots of love

This is so humbling to read. I truly find inspiration in all of you! Never forget that. The willingness to encourage one another and me here in the comments, always looking to find peace and joy… the feminine family is truly the best!!
Love this video. I'm looking into color seasons and kibbe body types. I'm starting to get why some people look classy or edgy in some clothing and others don't. Feels quite difficult to apply myself yet, but I think it is worth looking into!
Always happy to see a new video from you! I've been here since 2019 :)
Wonderful advice. Thank you so much
Thank you for a beautiful video. Continued prayers!
I love watching your videos! Btw, new follower here..Thank you for sharing your brilliant ideas, I learned a lot to glow my feminine energy!
I’d love a full video about feminine sophistication :)
Love your videos and hope your family is doing better, greetings from Finland 😊
❤All your videos💕 Thank you for all of your inspirational messages 💖✨🌸💋
Great tips Cait! Praying for you all. 🙏🏽💖
I like it! I was just thinking about how I don't like how I look in most clothes when I'm pregnant... Have you ever consider doing a video on how to not feel frumpy when you have a baby bumb and gain a little weight? 😂
Well said! Loved the last one
You are adorable and the advise very good! God bless. Wishing you all the best!
Love the advice! Thank you, Caitlin!
Ahh!! help! lol Glad your family is doing well 🥰
This is such lovely practical advice!
You are more bubbly now compared to before you have kids! Time flew!!
Love that you mentioned us girls who love the alt look 💖
There is a 25% side of me that screams to wear that look tbh 😂😂😂 that’s why I keep my fringe. Makes me feel a little less plain 😂😂
Love your work! Thank you 😘
I’m not naturally soft. I like the way I look but my own mother was harsh and masculine and I’m struggling to unlearn it.
Thank you so much. I needed to hear this!
Yeah what an exciting topic ❤❤❤ thanks a lot for inspiring us
First comment :) Love your videos been a long time follower ❤
Thank you for being here and for commenting so quickly!! ❤❤❤
As always you’re such a great femininity role model and influence :) i don’t get this type of femininity taught and trained into me in my personal life unfortunately so you are a godsend 💕✨ and as a young trans woman transitioning with hormones i know I’ve got to be quite a niche in your demographic 😂
thank you truly, you are the energy in my life that is and has been missing 🥹 💕
I have more of the opposite issue: I always stand out a bit **too** much. I´m still in my 20s, over 6ft tall, often wear heels and vintage floral dresses in light colours as well as long hair in intricate half-updos or vintage curls and I´m always a tad overdressed.
This means that I usually stand out A LOT and sometimes I think about toning my styling down a bit and just wearing a shirt and jeans because it would probably seem more elegant, but I just love the way I look in those outfits, heels, make up etc.
This video is so good. SO good!
Brilliant!!
This is a really great video! Thank you ❤
I'd really love to see some modest swimwear inspiration from you 🥰
You look like a Barbie ❤ so pretty
Can you please make a video on how to maintain clothes and store them properly 😊
Most of the women in my life do not wear any lip color or lipstick. I enjoy putting a nice pop of red on my lips.
i love your beauty video content. more please!
How is this woman AGING BACKWARDS WHAT
You’re so soft and feminine looking 😭 not to sound weird, but I bet you wear nice perfume as well. I’d love to know what kind you wear!
could you please dive more into other aspects of femininity other than the visual?-which I appreciate a ton btw- I would really like to watch a video that is a lil more spirtual maybe life style...🧡
Same. Like, I just want to represent Christ. When people see me or hold a conversation with me, they see him.
What other aspects of femininity are you referring to? I'd like to know! 😊
@@LifeWithBerylanne mainly relationships..confidence, character , self care..craying ourselves around people and handling all kinds of opinions and so on..:)
@@baus7 tho I'm muslim but I can relate🧡🧡
You're so cute! You look amazing and beautiful!
Can you do a video of getting back on track after giving birth? I'm nervous I will never be as healthy and strong again afterwards
❤
While I understand the intent of the video, I'd like to say that the most beautiful women I have encountered in my life are Catholic & Orthodox nuns, looking plain, and wearing their plain habits. No affectations. They could be "unappealing in the face" yet infinitely more beautiful than any filtered woman on IG.
❤❤
That's exactly what I need 😭 especially since I radiate extreme virgin energy 😔 I'm over twenty and people still think I'm like 18, even when I do wear makeup ....
You'll be pleased about that when you're thirty! ☺️
I was still asked if my parents were home last week, trust me at my age it’s a compliment. Youth is fleeting for the majority it’s a beautiful thing to have while you have it.
I’ve been looking for this top everywhere but can’t find it can someone please tell me where it’s from 😢
