Another option is Fidelity Go robo advisor. There is no account minimum, and no fees for accounts under $25,000. Their most aggressive portfolio is 60% Domestic Stocks, 25% Foreign Stocks, and 15% Bonds.

Another option is M1 Finance. You can set up a 3 fund portfolio with them, and they will automatically rebalance it for you. There are no fees, and the account minimum is $100. There is no tax loss harvesting and no access to advisorsand financial planning.

VANGUARD TARGET RETIREMENT 2050 has returned over 8% in my IRA no 3 fund or robo advisor . I just invest extra when SPY drops by 5% or more

The target retirement fund works fine if the money is held in an IRA. If outside an IRA you can, as vanguard has shown, be slammed with taxes.
