I get about 20 MPG around town, 22 MPG when towing a 2150 KG caravan, and 36 MPG on the motorway I bought it 2nd hand with 49K miles and a full LR service history. The first thing I did after putting on a Ghost and sat tracking was to have my local LR non franchised specialist in Bury change every fluid in the car, so It had a fresh starting point. As you said service LR properly and you will get good service back.
What do you think total combined MPG is going to be? I have a preference on the 4.4 due to reliability but concerned about running costs against my Discovery 4 SDV6.
The best range rover is still the l322, the best luxury Range Rover is the L405. You are in one camp or the other but you appreciate both for what they are.
ive got a 13 plate exactly the same as yours full land rover history the 100k service is eye watering but like you absolutely love the 4x4 wouldnt change it for the world great update 👌

Thanks for the update. I had an L322 TDV8 and loved it. I am looking for a late,last model L405 Autobiography,here in NZ,but not as popular as the big Land Cruisers,so not as many S/hand available. Always gives a bit of a boost to hear your good vibes about them. Your wife is super atttractive too 😂

See all my cars insurance have gone up, my v8 l405 has actually gone down, from £1700 to £980, couldn't believe it

Proper servicing and good motorway run helps a lot
I have an L405 with 32k on the clock, it's an sdv8 and I agree with what you said for the money there is nothing better!!!
