Surprised you don’t have roller bearing top mounts. I guess it personal preference. Some like the spring back of the steering rather than the steering lightness.

Jon, the steering wheel is a marvellous job - a credit to you. But, you should have masked off those bores, brake fluid will wreak havoc when it gets into those calipers.

Easy I've had a 4 spoke rs steering wheel on my mk7 feista for years, black insulation tape is as good as a resistor
