I'm just getting starting I am now a nursing student. This is the emotional inspirational speech that I needed getting started 👏🏿. I want to make a difference its going to take 🙏🏽❤🙌 dedication and hard work. Thank you for this powerful speech.
I almost wanted to quit and change my major from nursing to English. But I remembered why I chose this major. I want to save lives and could care less on how much I'm earning whether it's high or low. I just want the privilege to hold a patient's hand at their most significant part of their life because our life is just fragile. I know how difficult the road can be, but it will all be worth it in the end. I believe in you guys. We got this!

90% of my job is dealing with frequent flier psych patients with no actual medical emergencies. And then I go and dump them on the ER staff so they have to deal with them .
I work an average of 75 hours a week and I can still barely keep my lights on. Not to mention I get approx 2 hours of sleep on my 24s.
What exactly is your job?
