I almost wanted to quit and change my major from nursing to English. But I remembered why I chose this major. I want to save lives and could care less on how much I'm earning whether it's high or low. I just want the privilege to hold a patient's hand at their most significant part of their life because our life is just fragile. I know how difficult the road can be, but it will all be worth it in the end. I believe in you guys. We got this!

Everyone can do whatever they want just if they've got enough time, dedication and motivation to do it, to put work into it, to love what they are doing and to adapt to it, to become better self and pass their limits to succeed, to do it all they have to do is believe in themselves.

90% of my job is dealing with frequent flier psych patients with no actual medical emergencies. And then I go and dump them on the ER staff so they have to deal with them .
I work an average of 75 hours a week and I can still barely keep my lights on. Not to mention I get approx 2 hours of sleep on my 24s.
