I wanted to ask, what would you say to a nurse that wants to quit, especially when she’s the best nurse of the floor and she’s the the most humane?
Maybe you are struggling with self esteem issues. Looks are deceiving; you may seem happy and cheerful person but deep down you are miserable.

I quit my American nursing. United Kingdom has much more and easier opportunities.
@I love natureoh yes they are. Everyone keeps thanking us for all we’ve done during the pandemic.
Recently I registered to an agency nursing that is offering shifts in the same hospital I am working as a permanent registered nurse. I’m getting paid by the agency 35£ per hour! That’s the same or more than I would have taken in the US! Generally speaking, life in the UK is good for me and my wife and we are happy here.😊
