Ma'am, you're working wonders in the kitchen. The end result, and joy in your voice, speak VOLUMES. Thank you for blessing us with this yummy delight 🤤🙌🏽
I showed this to my father, and he tried it, and said it worked amazingly! Well, he did leave out a bunch of the spices, contenting himself with Lawry's, black pepper, ground onion, and garlic powder. But the process worked great. Though he used the leftover breading mix to make a cornbread hoecake instead of saving it to reuse. 😄 Merry Christmas!
You just kicked me um...to the delish zone! Always ready to taste new dishes! Yummy, yum! Doing the air fryer way. Waving to you from south Georgia-land of best Peaches, boiled Peanuts, & Vidalia onions! ; )
@@besuretocook I live Australia I don't think we have it I also bought frozen whiting even though I defrosted them. I was unable to remove alll the water from the fish how did you do it?
@@vpm7ginnie784 Just take a paper towel and dampen them, once your risk and clean them. You want some moisture when you are ready to flour your fish, so don't make them too dry; you want some of that water and salt solution. When you buy fish from a package, it always has a water solution that helps it stay fresh when you freeze it. Just follow the steps on my video you will enjoy it Thank you for watching in Australia :)
Thank you for watching Ms. Lynn. Not sure if you are asking if it was cooked in peanut oil or use peanut oil? We use Vegetable oil, but you can use any oil you like :)
@@besuretocook I was wondering if the restaurant your husband took you to maybe used peanut oil? And you reacted that instead of the cardush? I love me some catfish!!
@@lynnhutchens5606 Oh yes. I love catfish too, I just can't eat it, but it might be the peanut oil, I never thought about that. Thank you Lynn I'm going to look into that. :)

Hey Astrin. I'm so glad your father tried the recipe. Use what you have is always the key. :) Thanks so much for watching!!!
@@besuretocook Thanks! Though the primary reason he left some of them out is that those particular spices upset his digestive system.

What is old bay seasoning?
Mrs Dash bland?
Creole seasoning?

This video showed it was washed with tap water.

Your doorbell introduction is not dog friendly; therefore I will try my best to not click on any of your post. Many dogs react to that sound. Sorry!
Oh no!!! Our intro has changed. We have some people who didn’t like the noise but we have changed it awhile ago :)
