    I showed this to my father, and he tried it, and said it worked amazingly! Well, he did leave out a bunch of the spices, contenting himself with Lawry's, black pepper, ground onion, and garlic powder. But the process worked great. Though he used the leftover breading mix to make a cornbread hoecake instead of saving it to reuse. 😄

    beautiful fish! I have never cooked fish fillets but my husband keeps insisting on whitefish. Thnx for teaching me how to do it!

    that's clever cos flour doesn't coat frozen thawed fish as well.

      I also bought frozen whiting even though I defrosted them.
      I was unable to remove alll the water from the fish how did you do it?

      @@vpm7ginnie784 Just take a paper towel and dampen them, once your risk and clean them. You want some moisture when you are ready to flour your fish, so don't make them too dry; you want some of that water and salt solution. When you buy fish from a package, it always has a water solution that helps it stay fresh when you freeze it. Just follow the steps on my video you will enjoy it

      Thank you for watching Ms. Lynn. Not sure if you are asking if it was cooked in peanut oil or use peanut oil? We use Vegetable oil, but you can use any oil you like :)

      @besuretocook Thank you I love how you are clean and hygienic cleaning the fish I would eat that fish knowing it doesn't have bacteria some people are just nasty when it comes to cleaning thank you besuretocook 😋

      How are you suppose to wash it then ? Do you put salt in the water and wash it?
      This video showed it was washed with tap water.

      @@vpm7ginnie784 bring a bucket of saltwater home from your fishing trip, just dont let a saltwater fish fillet SOAK in fresh water
