Chef Thomas' Shrimp Creole Recipe

- Here is a recipe for a favorite New Orleans dish you can make at home, Shrimp Creole.

Shrimp Creole Ingredients:
3 Lb Shrimp (seasoned with
creole seasoning and dryed thyme)
1/2c celery
1 & 1/2 c yellow onions
1c diced bell peppers
1c green onion
4 cloves minced garlic
3 Bay leaves
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp Worceshershire sauce
1 15oz can diced tomatos
1 6oz can tomato paste
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp dry thyme
4 Tbsp oil
4 Tbsp flour
3c seafood or chicken stock
You can make seafood stock by boiling shrimp peels in a pot of 3 cups of water. Drain the shrimp water stock to use in this recipe.

I'm making this right now but I'm not using the Worceshershire sauce. Instead I'll add a few drops of Louisiana hot sauce. The way he cooked this was spot on, again without Worceshershire sauce
