- Well.....on the face of it.... it seemed a really good plan Engine fully serviced weather was looking good....Some decent Hounds being caught....then over nite on the Friday into Saturday....Water on the knee came up and to be fair it was agony why oh why did I go......but that's Fishing thats the drug it gives you fish at all costs during the early evening of that trip I was in serious pain and the concentration was going I couldn't settle I could hardly get up when the ratchet was screaming off.....the results was a very poor session I missed more fish than I caught ........😢

Yeah can't get away from them due to rising sea temps they will now be a permanent fixture 😫
That seemed like hard work Dobbo, we were out Saturday and it was just as bad, even one of the local skippers who had been out struggled, I blame the May rot 😢🙄🐟🎣🦈

Yeah but I didn't film the ones I missed had quite a few screamers but my knee was in agony or I was in agony 🤣🤣🤣

Sorry for the late reply yeah I had quite a few screamers but my knee was horrendous and really struggled getting to the rod.... and it's only a few steps 🤣🤣🤣

@@DobbosFishingAdventures cheers mate on holiday in sheerness at the moment took the bass rod and managed a small school bass .
But that was more just to say I caught one on the main land 😂

I'm not a fan of eels either, pain in the butt I always think I've got something decent on and then the death roll appears on the top😂.... Good mixed bag mate well chuffed for you 👍 I'm out for smuts next week need a break from the bass😂

@@DobbosFishingAdventures Dave & Steve are good. Was at Town Quay on Saturday it was very busy we counted 40+ rods out & hardly anything was caught about 4 fish all evening. Very quiet down there these last couple of weeks
@mikeydable wow thats incredible mike need a good blow again at least this weeks weather has been unsettled so fingers crossed it improves things 😀
