Why was it only indicating one bank, when it looks like the leak is on the middle of the manifold, and should affect both sides? Or is there only one bank?
Great question, The reason for it only showing on bank 1 is because its taking the measurement from the exhaust and not from the intake, so it depends how the exhaust is set up and how many oxygen sensors it has in the upstream/downstream part of the exhaust This particular model only has 2 sensors, 1 before the cat and 1 after the cat. So technically it only has 1 bank for the exhaust whilst it has 2 banks of cylinder heads
Man so much work. Just plug the manifold hole and run another vacuum to the solenoid from another vacuum pipe. Solved.

Help with a P0021 code can’t find the problems every part new from phasers to vvt sensor and cam sensor

Have you checked freeze frame data.
