Dearest Shi Heng Yi, I am a Hawaiian woman in my 70s, writing from Molokai, Hawaii and want to thank you first for your presence. Who you are speaks volumes with no words. And, thank you deeply for this opportunity to both listen to all the teachings you so eloquently and generously share, and for this rare and deeply appreciated time to experience these practices from my home in Hawaii. I bow down to you, and the Infinite and Beloved Universe, that lives in us both. Aloha nui Loa, and a Blessed Happy New Year ahead.

The last line, “ I care about helping you “, is what makes you precious and unique from the rest of the others given the whole context about “ How not to care “. You not only described from the roots of human desires, and how they are manifested but you also showed, “ What to care about, and what to not “ . I absolutely love you for this! More than any celebs out there because you’re doing a brilliant job. Again, take love ❤.

I've been doing this all week. I'm slowly seeing my form change and I'm creeping up on halfway through the video. I'm a 30 year old woman who has had very little discipline over the last 30 years and I'm ready to change that. Im ready to set a goal and really stick with it. Honestly life-changing. I'm not afraid of starting so weak bc I know I have so much room to prove to myself that I can do this. I will do this.

It is the lineage & skills of a teacher in how they represent the accuracy of techniques & training systems of the “ancient masters” that will determine the validity, power & true usefulness of a modern day martial arts system (school). It is extremely rare if not currently impossible to have the honor of a 1 year, extremely comprehensive, full access to a true senior master such as Shi Heng Yi who so selflessly delivers to almost anyone the accurate teachings of the ancient masters in an exceptionally well-produced on-line format for an insanely low cost. This training is a once-in-a-lifetime gift and without question the most comprehensive, authentic and transformative Shaolin Kung Fu training (or any martial system training) ever produced to my knowledge. I have trained on/off 20+ years in martial arts and have never experienced a training system as comprehensive, accurate, effective & easy to follow for anyone from beginner to senior level. Master Yi’s training is transforming my body, spirit & mind in ways I thought not possible. Amituofo Sifu Yi!

I have to say Shi Heng Yi, I love what you are doing. I have been practicing the beautiful art of Qi Gong and Kung fu Shaolin fo 6 years and love the practice. I have been practicing in North Wales. I love how you are getting this out in the world and love the way you practice and share your knowledge. I was lucky to be given the gift of the soft hand form and one day pray and have aspirations to come to you to drive my practice forward. i have been working with old dears who have bascially been sent to residential care homes to wither and feel they on they final journey of old age and die. I am giving them basic qi gong meditation and simple movements to improve their lives and so beautiful to see through qi gong and massage and simple practice how it improves their lives and mobility keep sharing your wonderful work x

It's really hard to learn how to do these movements exactly as intended without one on one, in person, instruction. I took a couple years of choy lay fut years ago and these videos are extremely helpful in keeping me sharp and in shape, continuing to expand my knowledge, but I really feel for anyone trying to do this who hasn't had someone show you the exact footwork positions and such. That said, where there is a will, I truly believe there IS a way. Can tell the instructor really cares about making people's lives better. What I would give for a mentor like that in my life.

When I looked at the video I get it but while doing it I could feel I’m not doing the whole postures correctly ( something I’m unable to do ). Probably this is the first time I’m trying it.

Do you make the movements following his verbal instructions (look left, right leg, etc?) or do you mirror the movements looking them on the screen? Because I just follow their movements in a mirrored way, but when he gives the right and left commands I wonder if there’s any problem I’m doing the opposite 😬😅

I was listening to shi hang yi today and I didn't just try and learn what's he's doing he was just speaking and it was like therapy cause it teaches you to how to be a calm person amd learn basically how to carry yourself in calm but good energetic manner . And I think you don't usually need to have to copy anyone sometimes a person is born in a way that they probably like martial arts and interest in stuff that is just good for you even after you have been beaten in life over and over again and why usually and mostly everyone does stuff for good for everyone I had to deal with stuff and be good still took alot from me I used to be just like he Is but didn't have knowledge of nothing just the fact I wanted to be a good person really missed out on alot , I always tried to dothe good stuff I seen people and everyone do or was just being that way to be good . Master Shi hang yi is a teacher teaching humbleness by actually being humble I had the the opposite life I was told or had to try and be humble even when I hadn't done much wrong I always tried to remain good and humble and all the BS really took alot from I life so I look and see how people be humble or carry their selves in a good way and ignore BS and just learn like cool karate and martial arts and good energy stuff man it's just cool simple so I am blessed to be listening to him without the judgment of religion which sometimes in order to try amd cleanse mind often breaks people it's good to have a teacher that teaches you to look past all that and just be a cool ass person while actually be cool and feeling cool . God bless

Thank you so much, master Shi Hang Yi! UA-cam recommended your channel this week, and I couldn't appreciate the algorithm more!! I practiced this section today, and will complete the section II and section III tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. I appreciate the clear teaching which includes all details, and your form is a state of art. I always wanted to learn Kung Fu, and finally started practice this week, inspired by your teaching. And there are so much to learn in this channel - glad I found it before the New Year! Thanks you again for the teaching!🙏

Expedient way to FLIP THE VIDEO so that Shifu's left is your left & his right is your right: Select and delete "youtube" in the URL; replace with "mirrorthevideo." (The time bar will then proceed from right to left, like Chinese writing.)

    What a great UA-cam Post.
It couldn't be more "original" than this. I always go straight from the "ready position/stance" to the "Du Li Bu". Stomping and the right arm movement at the very beginning completes my already quite good "Wu Bu Quan".
The small is often the big.
    Thank you for that.
