I developed a similar unknown injury from parkour and mountaineering and it took digging into trapped nerves to resolve it. The nerve roots got crowded by the connecting muscles around the spine, intercostals and joints. It'll feel like a knife stabbing you in the muscle and will come and go. Doctors rarely ever pay attention to nerve conditions. If it ever happens again, pain attention to connecting muscles getting inflamed and pressing on your nerves. Meditation actually works on relaxing the deep tissue and fascia to eliminate the crowding.
I had a horrible “shoulder” injury. Nothing would help it go away or relive it, until I started massaging my neck near my spine and I have been feeling a lot better.

As someone who had difficult to diagnose abdominal issues, there is nothing worse than spending months or years in pain, and being told 'We don't know what's wrong with you.' I am happy to hear you have recovered.
@@Dtzeo503 Fr, Liu Kang and kung Lao I personally like as a duo better than sub zero and scorpion honestly. Imagine kung Lao ascends to Godhood next game.
Firstly, great respect to you for going to the Shaolin temple in the first place, and even greater respect for respecting who you are and what’s important to you. People spend lifetimes searching for self-knowledge. Understanding health and wellness is essential to all action and states of being, missing family and wishing to share life together is a higher state of acceptance for it denotes a life choice, and lastly, feeling drawn towards personal expressions of self via UA-cam or other endeavors highlights your creative expression of self. All these combined sound like a young man who embodies the principles of the Shaolin temple, while having the strength to forge one’s own path. 🙏
He had to compete in the “mortal kombat tournament” Edit: if this gets 1k like I guess I’ll have to try to get in the tournament myself I guess.... just got to learn that one move Johnny Cage dose..😂
The Abdominal pain was caused when he felt his alternate dimension self, named liu kang, get involuntary open heart surgery from the deadly alliance.. Its since been rettconned, hence the sudden stoppage in abdominal pain..✌
The idea of train through all pain is anachronistic. It's like the old thought of football practices in intense heat and being deprived of hydration. It makes you weaker, not stronger. Rest, nutrition and hydration are equally as important as the training itself.
Lets Be Serious true, but it shouldn't be taken too far cause what's the point if you're physically unwell, or injured permanently / require long recovery time.
It’s builds discipline. It doesn’t care about your physical health. That’s the lesson. You just simply risk ignoring real dangerous medical emergencies. Typically this is only an argument someone who’s never played sports would make.
It’s so humbling and awesome to know that the Shaolin temple is a real place. While we are living our western lives, there are Shaolin Monks training. So dope ✌🏽
I agree. I must have watched every shaolin movie ever, something about the discipline and obedience is just a lost trait. Very awesome that it still exists
Dang, I had the same thing happen to me with my abdomen, at least from what I can tell with what you're saying. I had to stop running in cross country partially because of that and it just went away with time; it was really odd. I had the same thing with doctors not really knowing what was wrong and researching did nothing, of course. I'm glad your pain went away too. I love your videos dude, you're awesome.
I was taught by one of my teachers when I had met him years later and it stuck with me and meant so much knowing my young life is when he said, its ot where you start but where you finish and it's so true....I thank him everyday for that simple quote.
I know the feeling of being in pain and not knowing why it hurts. I was a dancer for my entire life, but in high school, my foot started to hurt. It felt like the arch was ripping in half. Flash forward 7 years, several mris and ultrasounds that showed nothing, a year and a half of physical therapy, several misdiagnoses, 2 surgeries (one exploratory), and all we've found is that my arch did tear once, and collapsed another time. But it still hurts. All the time. Sorry to complain on here, but I know the feeling of having to stop something you love because of mysterious pain.
That’s true though... most kids don’t tend to realize all their parents actually do for them until they are older... most people don’t realize the importance of the bonds we make as humans until it’s too late....
Honestly your body does get stronger if you push it past the limits. There is also a difference between muscle soreness a untrained person experiences vs a trained person. Having lactic acid in your muscles pretty much ends your work out and can hurt for two days. If you are trained your muscles will have a much better blood flow to get rid of that. So you will have muscle soreness because you push them to the max, but recover faster. I personally think the lactic acid kind of muscles soreness was much worse, if you train every day you will sure feel it, but it feels better. Just have to watch out for injuries of course. But you can also tell that pain apart from regular muscle soreness or bruises from taking blows.
Sweet and very honest video. Sometimes it's tough to leave something we enjoy knowing that there was a problem, and then when the problem goes away, what can you do. We always start from where we're at. Anyway, it seems that you got something worthwhile out of the 3 years.
My grandmother was a monk in a Budhist temple, I'm not sure why she left, but I know that she didn't fit many of the like, "I am a silent monk, few words are wiser than many" cliches. She's just an old Japanese lady that likes to watch the news. I know I've seen some monks with Nirvana(the band) bags. and someone joked they probably don't even know Nirvana is a band and uh... Trust me, they are well aware. lol. They're not Amish, they go into the real world and talk to people pretty regularly.

He was still a teenager.
3 Main Reason Why He Left
My Head: Is It Because Liu Kang Was The Chosen One

Maybe he was kick out by Shaolin temple for some reason we do not know. But still he already possesed that Shaolin strength to our society, what if he someday decide to going to bar and very drunk and start fighting and killing many people with his Shaolin power? He could be rethal and so dangerous man! Have you seen Taichi master movie about Zhang Bao and Jun Bao
I recently “discovered” your channel I think your humor and emotional honesty make the videos worthwhile and not just informative. Please keep up the great work and I’ll keep watching.

He is The Last Avatar! (that has a UA-cam channel.)
As someone who had difficult to diagnose abdominal issues, there is nothing worse than spending months or years in pain, and being told 'We don't know what's wrong with you.' I am happy to hear you have recovered.
Growth, experience. learning, reflection, awareness of self. Sounds like a journey that was worth taking...thanks for sharing.
queue one million views because he's talking about the temple again
He earned it.
The amount of jealousy that seeps through this comment😂

Endgame mk11 Liu Kang? He's a God fam.
@@trevthekidd yeah he's a god now. Kung Lao is probably the only monk.
@@Dtzeo503 Fr, Liu Kang and kung Lao I personally like as a duo better than sub zero and scorpion honestly. Imagine kung Lao ascends to Godhood next game.

Ein deutscher Chinese der in einer Bank gearbeitet hat, Shaolin Mönch war und jz youtuber ist. Das ist das Leben von dem ich träume... Respekt💪🏼.
He had to compete in the “mortal kombat tournament”
Edit: if this gets 1k like I guess I’ll have to try to get in the tournament myself I guess.... just got to learn that one move Johnny Cage dose..😂
Damn right. And he won, obviously. He aint ded
Shao Khan broke his little peepee
He consulted with the elder gods
The Abdominal pain was caused when he felt his alternate dimension self, named liu kang, get involuntary open heart surgery from the deadly alliance.. Its since been rettconned, hence the sudden stoppage in abdominal pain..✌

The idea of train through all pain is anachronistic. It's like the old thought of football practices in intense heat and being deprived of hydration. It makes you weaker, not stronger.
Rest, nutrition and hydration are equally as important as the training itself.
Tell that to David goggins lol
It's a mental strength
you dont get it... this is a different culture we're talking about.
I really appreciate how you present yourself as a person, as a man. You’ve gained a new fan, and a new follower.
Please do a TW: three kingdoms review

I love all of you guys in a different way that I shouldn’t and I don’t care
It’s so humbling and awesome to know that the Shaolin temple is a real place. While we are living our western lives, there are Shaolin Monks training. So dope ✌🏽
I agree. I must have watched every shaolin movie ever, something about the discipline and obedience is just a lost trait. Very awesome that it still exists
And they play video games XD
Dang, I had the same thing happen to me with my abdomen, at least from what I can tell with what you're saying. I had to stop running in cross country partially because of that and it just went away with time; it was really odd. I had the same thing with doctors not really knowing what was wrong and researching did nothing, of course. I'm glad your pain went away too. I love your videos dude, you're awesome.
Anton, you are one of the most inspirational, good and deffinetely THE coolest dudes I know of.
Your parents should be proud.
I love these more serious videos where we get to see the real ranton.
Keep it up man, you’re seriously underrated.
That is your choice to leave the temple, what ever you did or have done that your choice. I have massive respect for you man 🙏🏻 master memer
I overworked myself years ago and my back now will never be the same. Hearing you talk about crying in the hospital inspires me
I hurt my back too (2 herniated discs at the age of 17) I wish you a best and speedy recovery, I know you'll push through!

That’s true though... most kids don’t tend to realize all their parents actually do for them until they are older... most people don’t realize the importance of the bonds we make as humans until it’s too late....
chronic muscle soreness. your body just telling you to please stop you had enough.
definitely a good idea to explore new things.
So how about the other monks? They do the exact same things or harder and nothing is wrong with them. Just some excuse of lazy people
@@salumtummundi9462 maximum potential varies by individual. And not everybody gets super ubermentch genetics. Shit happens
@@CarlTheSpud its about the dudes comment
@@salumtummundi9462 And Carl's comment is about yours
Honestly your body does get stronger if you push it past the limits. There is also a difference between muscle soreness a untrained person experiences vs a trained person. Having lactic acid in your muscles pretty much ends your work out and can hurt for two days. If you are trained your muscles will have a much better blood flow to get rid of that. So you will have muscle soreness because you push them to the max, but recover faster. I personally think the lactic acid kind of muscles soreness was much worse, if you train every day you will sure feel it, but it feels better. Just have to watch out for injuries of course. But you can also tell that pain apart from regular muscle soreness or bruises from taking blows.
it’s just mortal kombat jokes here keep moving

you are doing a wonderful job with this channel as i do love what you do. Peace, love n laughter
I just found your channel. You're a unique dude with a unique past. And you have a good sense of humor.
The fourth reason why I left the temple is I love women
that ring on his finger no?
No ring on the finger doesn't mean that he is not married
That's the best reason of all.
Yup!!!!!Women is a very powerful weapon to man
Lol
"And the last reason, is, I've had this idea of my own UA-cam channel" LOL Subscribed now.
What an awesome story, dude! I'm happy to see you succeed =]
Sweet and very honest video. Sometimes it's tough to leave something we enjoy knowing that there was a problem, and then when the problem goes away, what can you do. We always start from where we're at. Anyway, it seems that you got something worthwhile out of the 3 years.
Man seeing you makes me wonder how crazy other monks are if they had a UA-cam Channel. XDD lol
