Exactly what I was thinking, even zooming in on high up plants quickly without shake (using some sort of a stabilizer I guess). Production values on this channel are very high.
I honestly wish they were a little bit more focused on close ups of the plants, I wanna see all those little details they're talking about! Otherwise, yes, very good camera work :)
I am learning English with your channel. I'm a biologist in Brazil, and it is a pleasure to watch those videos. Your channel has a lot of rich information that is displayed in a nice way 🌿🌿
You all probably dont care but does anyone know of a way to log back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb forgot my account password. I love any help you can give me.
@Alonso Fisher thanks for your reply. I found the site on google and im in the hacking process now. I see it takes a while so I will reply here later with my results.
I have a dead stick plant...not as big as the one in the video. I learned about it on one of the "365 days of plants" videos. It's beautiful, in an ugly sort of way...lol. :D I'm attracted to stick-like plants and rhipsalises (sp), too.
Or when she found the date palm cool lol. I´ll try to remember it next time I visit my mother. I can´t recount the times I´ve told her to get rid of that boring plant of hers.
I highly recommend another great plant shop in London called Conservatory Archives they are amazing with the most amazing plant space I have ever seen in all of their stores across London.
This is CRAZY! While watching this video I was also trying to research the plant I bought today at the supermarket was. Then, you showed the Jatropha Podagrica and I lost my mind! What are the odds that the day you put out a video you probably filmed some time last year in London with an obscure plant in the mix would come out the day I purchased an unlabeled plant you showcased!?! AWESOME!
You’ve come from the other side of the world to my nearest garden centre N1 Garden Centre where I’ve never been and I’m watching your video to see what house plants they sell 🤷🏻♀️
Summer Rayne You create great interest and passion for plant growers and enthusiasts. Looking on from Trinidad with undivided attention and learning much.
I no longer have a house on which to take out a second mortgage, and they wouldn’t all fit in my one bedroom apartment, no matter how hard I tried, so I am out. Sigh.
Thank you, Summer rayne. I really need this refreshing view. I’ve realised because of this video that i have a lot of jungle cacti and still looking for more so this video is very helpful.
I always look forward to your plant shop tours. More power to your channel miss Summer Rayne. Also I do hope we get to see your collaboration with miss Jane Perrone. Over the Ledge podcasts and Plant One on Me vlogs made me get through this tough times we are in.
Happy Sunday everyone! Summer, knowing that neither of your majors were botany, how did you ever learn all of these Latin names? I enjoy hearing them all. Thanks for taking us to London!
Hi Ms Summer. So happy to see you visit N1 garden centre. We just uploaded our first vlog over a week ago and it showcased N1 garden Centre. Its one of the best houseplant store we have visited. Always learning from you , much appreciated. Looking forward to your next Vlog. Cheers .😊👍❤
Wow Summer's in London! What a great little plant shop, they were so well stocked too! I would always think that the USA had a better choice but there's always something different where you travel, so an American being impressed with what we have surprised me haha. I am not sure London is the best place for large garden centres, and there are so many huge ones, but I would be happy visiting that one every day myself! Thanks Summer... sorry about our weather!
That's my favourite plant shop in London ! It was in my old neighbourhood in Hoxton and i was paying a visit whenever i wanted to relax, it's a heaven, and the variety of plants is huge! I had bought biophytum sensitivum and i loved the plant, eventually it died, but i would buy it again, it was a beautiful little plant that closes its leaves when you touch it.
Hi from Canada 🇨🇦 ! What an awesome tour! So many interesting plants I wish we had access to😢. Love your channel, one of the most informative plant you tubers, your knowledge is impeccable! Thanks for sharing💚
I was at that same garden center probably just a few days before you (Oct 13th 2019)!!! I know I missed your book tour by just a couple of days. I was in London visiting some friends who live near this garden center and they took me there. I had just started getting into houseplants and took some pics of this place, which looked so pretty and with such a variety of plants I was not familiar with. Coming from Spain, this place was kind of exotic to me, in the type of plants they had. Looking back, I would probably be able to name a lot more plants than last year. Hopefully I will be able to go back soon!!
Oh my gosh, I am moving to London, I have never been to a plant store here in the US with all these amazing plants like this. I would be in this place everyday.
That plant store is jam packed with goodies! I’ve never seen so much variety in any greenhouse in the Northeast except for Logee’s. Good selection of plant related items, too.
I like it when you're walking about the city and I like the plant that matches your jacket. Would love to travel to Thailand. My dad was born in Bangkok
Another meaningful vlog. Although I can't catch up most of the scientific names yet still learning constantly. See you on your next Vlog ❤️❤️❤️ Love from Philippines
I was amazed to see it for sale in the UK - I only know of it from reading books like Swiss Family Robinson or Robinson Crusoe, so it is like finding paradise from 150 years ago
You have a wonderful knowledge of plants. So interesting! My dog, August, and I love watching your videos on UA-cam. I wish I could upload a photo of him watching you. 😊
That is definitely not a Cebu Blue. It’s just a plain Epipremnum pinnatum. They mislabelled it, I know I bought one. I think I am the customer he mentioned.
I always wonder about dislikes on videos like this. What exactly did those people dislike so much? A lovely, interesting, and highly knowledgeable presenter looking around a really well stocked plant store and chatting to the warm and friendly owner. What were they expecting/hoping for?
There's an epipremnum pinnatum called 'Blue form' that is green. Probably the one in this shop. I love Hoya. I have had a variegated one in a window in the same pot for years, often a bit neglected, and it does well. It came from a little piece swiped from a big one hanging in a restaurant. My sis took it home, planted it, and it quickly became a large plant. She then gave me a piece which I planted over a decade ago. I Have repotted it once. It does flower in warm weather. Hers unfortunately died after being moved from one house to another, I offered her a piece of my variegated one, but she had already bought another, pretty, but not variegated. I am a retired nurse, and would occasionally fill in at a local psych ward. There was a hallway which had huge variegated Hoya hanging under a greenhouse type ceiling which afforded great sun. I think they were rarely watered, but looked healthy and were covered with blooms.
This was so interesting & informative, and I just love Latin binomials! ~ it's good to come across a person on UA-cam who upholds the importance of precision classification. My Zebrina is growing well with ~30 cm leaves right now. I have had it for less than a year and so far I learned that they are easy to care for. But that they require misting on the leaves to keep them looking good when grown indoors. Saw some 60-80 cm long leaved on ones in a plantstore nearby, the stems were much thicker too. They looked amazing (in Sweden).
By far the cleanest, greenest looking plants I’ve seen in a shop! Beautiful and great shop

What an extraordinary shop! Kudos to the plant buyer!
This is my local garden centre and plant shop. Love it.
How can one person be so knowledgeable about plants. Damn !!
What a brilliant shop! I love how over-stuffed it is. And so interesting to see the plants that we do not have in the U.S.
Cameraman is really skilled though
I agree! Low light levels, plants being waved around, hopping from one thing to another - he (probably/usually)/she did a great job

Imagine going into a shop with a head cold or any kind of illness at all, let alone without a mask. How things have changed since this was filmed.
Exactly what I was thinking
the whole time i kept thinking “why isn’t she wearing a mask” 😭😭
in Asia, especially Japan for the longest time, people with even a slight cold have been wearing masks but it’s not the case in the US so..
@@CarolineNiggAyaLee-Janet yes, it seemed really strange to us until now. Still seems strange to some people, here. I wish we could be more like Asia.
