The home tours of regular plant lovers are my top favorite videos because they show that even with years of love and experience, our plants never look perfect and we all struggle with the same things. So relatable and it brings to life my own passions again.
Wow,you can see and feel that each plant are very much loved. And the dog is so adorable, how he is so attentive in the whole tour...Thank you for sharing the homeplant tour and to Joanna for opening her home to all of us who get so much inspiration and tips in growing plants.
I really enjoy the house tours! Joanna's home is very charming with her unique antique/vintage collections and all of her lovely plants. That is my type of home. Thank you! 😁❤
Such a beautiful collection, how adorable is Lily and I love the way she has her home decorated and styled!! Thank you for another great home tour!!🥰🥰🥰
Very interesting and lovely living space speckled with some unusual plants. I like hearing how other people get started in their plant hobby and their blossoming love of plants. Love the dog!!
What an amazing home tour. I really loved how calming her space felt, Joanna herself seemed very relaxed and had a soothing way of being. Great video! ❤
what a lovely home! it's so true that our relationship with our plants ebbs and flows depending on the season AND the season of our own lives. sometimes it's easy as a breeze and sometimes it's a chore, and sometimes it just isn't a good fit. the best thing about building a collection slowly is discovering which plants really suit you and your environment, and what is your max cap before the passion becomes a chore.
I couldn't love this vid more! I also love the interesting shapes & typically that's what drives my planty picks. This was a real home with a real plant mom...no perfect planters or showroom facade. I LOVE IT!!!!!
This interior space is so so calm, welcoming, cozy and very stylish 💚💚💚💕💕💕 felt amazing watching the clip and see those plants that were giving the space its personality. Great content as usual ⭐️⭐️⭐️👏👏👏👍👍👍
that was an amazing tour. Every nook of their home was beautiful and unique. I'm resisting the urge to go out and buy more plants now! would love to see the back yard with her partner in the summer.
I ❤️ the field trips! Something that is very curious to me. Speciation. I wonder what plants today are still evolving to make new and distinct species?
Hello Summer, I love your channel. I have grown Clivias for many years and they really don't seem very fussy. I do put them outside in summer in the shade and that's when mine usually bloom. I bring them in fall put them in a bright place, try to keep them cool and basically neglect them until March. I then start resuming normal watering. Also they seem to like being pot bound, I have read it helps flowering and so far does for me. Hope this helps, Take care.
What a beautiful home tour! If I had that many indoors, it would look like a hoarding issue. But hers looks spectacular! 50 years ago, I had one of the terrariums like the one in which her pink princess resides. Wish I still had it. Thanks for this awesome tour!
A home tour finally! Love it. Love the artistic ambiance. The hanging NN plant, it's maybe rhipsalis of some kind. I have simillar specimen, it's rhipsalis neves armondii megalantha. Thank you for great videos. Greetings from Warsaw.
What a beautiful home! Speaking of Clivias flowering - mine just started flowering for the first time a couple of weeks ago which I’m delighted with! It has extra sentimental value as it’s a cutting from my grandfather’s plant. It took 2 years to flower but hopefully it’ll do it regularly now!
Maybe I can help with the clivia. Mine is grown indoors in an unheated kitchen addition in an East facing window. My kitchen gets down to 60 or a little below in the Winter evenings. They have to have a dormant period of at least 8 weeks in the Winter in a cold area like my kitchen. Mine is 15 years old and blooms every year. I repot every 3 years or so. The last time I repotted it it bloomed twice that Summer. Mine isn't variegated. I never put it outside. I use regular houseplant fertilizer until I see the bloom stalk then I use a fertilizer for blooming plants. Tiger Blooms I think.
her place reminds me of your brooklyn home which I love and inspire my indoor plant journey ... of keep trying, keep going ... and now I have so many progopating which I now gift to others Lovely video and yay, finally nice to see such ideas / stories
Well behaved girl. Was i the only one waiting for a little cuddle? ❤ I know this is an old video, but would you consider doing another Plant Home Make Over?
Well done Summer, always on the move. Time for my community to come out of the wood work. I'm just throwing money at plants, get what I want. If I was a millionaire...
Just this week absorbing your videos for the first time, as they were just discovered & love them! I have a massive Philodendrom that I've had for many years and I love it... However I will need to rehome it sooner or may e a little later. Any advice on finding a true plant lover to adopt it? There's a story behind the plant so it has extra meaning for me.❤️

This is a wonderful episode... loved the story how she got into plants, and that each one of the plants had an anecdote with them....

What a beautiful space! I want to come over for coffe!, ❤️❤️
I love looking at imperfect, leafless and work-in-progress plants. There is always something to look forward to when they start to flourish 😊
I have a slipper plant and I never knew what it was ❤
I have one also. Its outside full sun, the leaves are smaller. It does get a pinkish flower.
Loved to home tour videos. This home in particular. The dog was delicious. So well behaved. Always at your side.
I loved this tour! As a fellow Philadelphian just beginning to collect houseplants (also related to an illness) I’m really inspired!
Ahhh one of the few channels where I have “a new fav” episode ❤
What a fabulous space to showcase all those plants….but Lilly steals the show 💕

Adorable pup. 💛🐶🌸
Love this.☺
Clevia should get get some cool period in the winter. Mine bloomed first in 8 years, after I left it in really cold room for a winter.
