I was today years old when I learned late levin UAir confirms into Fsmash This is so insanely wild to me ????? Great video, thanks for sharing all this ~
Fun compilation! Some of these look a little impractical for a player that fat-fingers the pro controller (me). How easy is arcthunder/arcfire to elwind spike? That killed Chrom at 80. I could see myself going for that in a real match when I don't have levin available.
The spacing is somewhat strict and the timing of the Elwind takes time to get used to. For Arcthunder you want to try to Elwind right as the move is ending
as a person who plays against Robin quite frequently, arcfire is so inconsistent against sdi that entire section just doesnt work against falling out of it
There are some characters that can escape arcfire extremely easily. But you can decrease their chances of escape by hitting them at the top of their hurtbox rather than the sides. It’s not impossible to escape but makes it a lot harder
Forgive me because I'm not a competitive player (nor do I play Robin exclusively), but at 3:00 how is that doable? My understanding is that Robin needs to do a smash attack to switch between bronze sword and levin sword so there must be a secret to doing a smooth transition like this.
How do you consistently get it to switch from bronze sword to Levin when doing stuff like tilts into aerials? It feels like any time I try it'll just stay on bronze.
@@Brendensynergy ahh I see! I use tilt stick, so I just tried to see if the AB smash macro would work for aerials, and it does. So now i know how to do it
I thought this was all going to be arcfire starters, also you could discard tomes the whole time? I thought you had to expend all the ammo and then catch it when it drops 🤨 am i stupid?
Holding on to a discard does not change the recharge timers on your spells. You can absolutely do combos consisting of both a discard and arcfire/thunder
There’s 3 ways you can switch to levin sword. 1. Use smash stick (I use this, your aerials will auto to levin if you use the c stick) 2. Do a smash input, for example do the input for a forward smash in the air to get levin fair 3. Press A+B together at the same time + a direction to get levin. A+B smash has to be enabled in your controls settings
Small mistake at 2:17 the combo should read Bair (Late) > Elthunder
jarcthunder mentioned 🔥🔥🔥
Well
The best thing after watching this video is....
Dont you ever ever let him touch you
Thank you for all of these kill confirms as a Robin Main, all I ever used to kill was arcfire into up smash.
Happy to help!
didn't even knew about ftilt arcthunder lmao
Neither did I until recently
I have been wanting this video for like 3 years 😍
The wait is over!

Glad you enjoyed it!
This feels like it should carry the same weight as final spelling bee words. Study ALL of them so when the time comes, GG.

Tilts are always bronze sword. I’m just using smash stick controls to get levin back air after
How do you consistently get it to switch from bronze sword to Levin when doing stuff like tilts into aerials? It feels like any time I try it'll just stay on bronze.
I use smash stick, so I’m just moving my control stick to do bronze aerials carefully as to not accidentally do a levin aerial

Poor Chrom
うおお

Unrelated question but outside of Leaf who are the other robin players idk if Jule even still plays
Some others to watch would be Grandmaster, Whisky, Tuitt, iGreg, and myself. Jul doesn’t play anymore unfortunately, at least not right now
@@Brendensynergyhad a feeling he’d be in active, keep pushing the robin meta
Wait, Robin is actually good?
First time?
Always has been.
No
Why would Robin do this to Chrom?
Too many up special scoops at the ledge
Domestic violence is part of Awakening's charm

How do you switch from bronze to the electric sword? Help, I'm practicing with Robin, that's all I need! ... Incredible combos by the way!
