That's quite possibly the best superman figure I've seen. I hope MAFEX goes for a similar vibe cause my only gripe with this is scale and the fact that it's an expensive two pack.
FYI I had the same exact issue with the left leg coming out the socket, happened after I put the figure in hot water to loosen some joints. I contacted NECA; after sending pics and my address they sent a replacement part which was the crotch and legs without the boots
Awesome review D! Wish I paid $100 for both 2 packs now im considering paying 100 for the Superman 2 pack lol. Was Supes left leg like that right out the packaging? You mentioned heat so i was just curious the other leg seems ok. And how's the plastic strength compared to Marvel Legends(joints/plastic)?
I was hoping this set was gonna be 6 inch, kinda like their TMNT, but man the sculpt is perfect. I personally like Supes with shorter cape around knee length but I just can't customize this figure. Looks too good. Also I love the name "Gotham hunter"
NECA did a great job here. Knoe alwaya have to worry on Neca items but sculpt wise they look great. Tye only thing I wish this had and its mainly because of the ad campaign is ha e a swap emblem with the chestburster busting from the S. I bring that up because in the story if recall right the Xenomorphs CAN hurt Superman.
I don't know why people want NECA to do DC figures so much? They're to big and most of the time just articulated statues, also their plastic is annoying to deal with. Hopefully Mcfarlen can do justice to the dying DC figure line.

I found this and the green lantern predator 2 pack and the Batman vs alien pack at my local Walmart and I bought them I thought they were exclusive
Dc essentials and the upcoming McFarlane dc line is 7”. This will fit in perfectly with those lines
i want this set but as usual neca exclusive figures are nearly impossible to get outside of US

I literally had to take my whole Batman and Superman apart for the joints to work which sucked but the figures are perfect other than that
I love the Superman. I sold the alien. I wish Superman came with a wire in the cape.

Nice review but I wish you'd use a couple different MLs for size comparison instead of just Spidey because that figure is a bit small

I sold my neca dog alien a year ago. Way too big for my 6" collection. Hope Mafex continues with their Alien line and I can get a couple from them

i like NECA's sculpt and stuff when they do it right, but that Alien's joints looks super loose and floppy in the video. the Superman is great tho
the superman looks great but i really don't get why no company makes a smiling face for superman
