Looks like Carol is still cooking for 5! That was a huge ham/cheese casserole! I love watching for food cooked over the fire. Have done some of that on fishing trips, then later in the home fireplace.
I been watching fir about 2 weeks now and decided to comment about your cooking it is awesome must people that do traveling like you do do scenes calendars I really think a recipe calendar will be awesome something to think about for 2023.Thank you for sharing your adventures and be such inspiration to a lot of us.
Amazing how quickly the weather changes from one state to the next. We love to watch the cast Iron cooking. Yummy 👍the Original Fire Reflector looks like it's getting lots of use, and Lando should be ready for the Overland Olympics soon. Nothing but muscle 😁
Love all the recommendations of equipment that works for you. I hear the call of the back roads and empty places. We are beginning to prepare and to take short trips. Thanks for the instruction and inspiration. I was raised on the farm in the panhandle of Texas. Time to get back to the slower places. I love getting to places that I can’t hear a highway.
Perfect Sunday morning recharge with EFRT!!! Can't wait to see the adventure that Pete Caroline and Dan go on! As always the cooking is amazing!!!!! Oh and Lando looked like he enjoyed the KOA more than anyone. Safe travels!!!
We are really loving the changes you guys have made to your filming with lots of close ups to capture simple yet beautiful moments of your camping adventures. We would love to see more fwdriving footage if possible. Looking forward to see the upcoming adventures with Pete, Caroline and Dan.
Can't wait for all the new adventures God has for all of you. Praying traveling mercies for everyone. What is the song played right before 13:08? Love it and loving the videos. God bless!
Here in the Oregon mountains a few months ago, I found a beautiful set of elk antlers. I stumbled across them in a way that was totally a God thing if you know what I mean.
I always watch your videos but I'm not big on commenting but today I will! Thank you for sharing your journey because I know that I will never visit the places that you have traveled and are traveling. But through your videos, I get to see how beautiful the country really is! Thanks again!!!
you guys are awesome! just bought my dream wrangler, saving up money for the next year in a new apartment but debating on creating an overland rig to be traveling full time.
I miss the north American mountain landscape so much, and being part of your adventure down the road gets me more and more excited for when us Australian's can come back :)
Congrats on doing the Wilderness 1st Aid Course ! Do you and Carol have it also , everyone should, eventually your gonna need it. Another great Video from the parental perspective ! The audio could use some more volume tho. Good luck on the elusive Antler hunting Carol !! 🙏🌲🇨🇦
That's a long drive north. I hate doing 400 mile days. I like 200 mile days when going somewhere. Well, we'll be heading out to Utah in a few days and it's going to be 2 long days to get there/ We've always had the first aid equipment on board, but then, my wife is a RN and I drove an ambulance for 10 years so we both know what to do with those medical supplies. We also carry medical supplies most people don't simply because we have access to them and we know what to do with them should the need arise. Until now we only had to use them once - knock on wood. In my book it's a requirement to know how to treat injuries when out there. It;s easy to fall, get hit by a rock or just slide down a ravine or something and you end up with injuries you better be able to fix up until you can get somewhere to have them taken care of properly. By the end of the day much of first aid is common sense, but you have to know how to plug that plumbing until you can get to a plumber... PS: check out softroadingthewest here on YT. Not your type of overlander, but a very nice "trips out there" style channel, He just did a review on the jackery 1500 and your coffee maker is nothing against his waffles for breakfast... Edit: dog with a bell - perfect bear protection...
One of your times through Utah I'd love to take you up looking at the elk here and show you guys some good country. My wife's brothers are crazy about elk and dear and have quite the pile of antlers. They'd probably love taking you guys out to look for some sheds too.
Seeing you guys getting your first aid training reminds me I need to recertify mine sometime by the end of the year. Thankfully I have a guy, he plays along when I quote The Office during the CPR portion. haha
You make dutch oven cooking look so easy. Excellent cauliflower and ham casserole. Adding to my “give it a try list”. Say hello to Lando for me, he’s such a great dog.
Awesome adventures, guys. Best to you all. Congrats on escaping the BS of Canada. Wish I was there! Cheers, from just north of you (on the other side of the great wall of Canada).
Grow up little boy and stop posting immature disgusting acronyms on public forums. This is what uneducated street thugs do, not adult human beings of moral character.
First great videos . I have a question about your cvt rooftop tent what size it 56 our the 60 and do you like it more than the cvt soft shell tent? Thank you
8:56 I want to mount an axe outside my truck like this and have it exposed to the weather, but I'm afraid of rust. Is rust a concern for you? Does the rust wear off every time you use the axe? Should I buy a high-end axe and keep it inside or should I get a cheap axe and mount it outside?
Evening yall. Can u recommend A good app or whatever you use for the deluxe cabin “tiny houses” please? We are going to start a 2 month journey from Wa to Co. 😎✌️
Greetings from Arizona!! Great video as always! Im looking to get a rooftop tent for my Subaru Forester. Would you guys be willing to give a recommendation ? God Bless you and the fam!
It would be great on future episodes if you can get your daughter in front of the camera. She will inspire so many young women just like Dr. Hannah, who travels by her self and does video's. I feel Caroline has a big future in front of the camera and if she will take charge she will without fail prevail.
No need to add "be" + "ing" to your sentences. You shouldn't be doing that! You shouldn't do that Don't feel too bad; it's one of the most prevalent mistakes made by 95% of our population, including presidents and all manner of highly educated or highly regarded persons. Actually, using our imbecile president as an example of a highly regarded person, was a bad choice on my part.
Looks like Carol is still cooking for 5! That was a huge ham/cheese casserole!
I love watching for food cooked over the fire. Have done some of that on fishing trips, then later in the home fireplace.
Yeah, when the kids leave it takes us a while to adjust to cooking for two. Have a wonderful day.

those pop-up clamshell roof tents are definitely more convenient than the previous style you guys used...i hope they last!
Empty nesters again. 🥲. Enjoy the space. The kids have grown so much.

Great video. Awesome cooking and beautiful campsites.
ever consider mounting your solar panels to the roof? maybe to your RTT? so you're charging all the time, and no set up/pack up time.

I love those Jeeps, but here in Brazil they cost an arm a leg and one kidney.
Can you add a like to that chain saw that you guys use? We could really use a small one like that.
Вы лучшие! Привет вам из Сибири ;)
Lando deserves a dog mat to lay on - Waterproof on one side and warm and fuzzy on the other - instead of laying on damp ground
18:45 awesome how you taught Lando to set up your camera shot for you. 😜
Lando in the bed “ I’ll wait here guys “ 🤣🤣
Looking forward to the kid’s trip with XOverland. I know you guys will miss them.
Seeing you guys getting your first aid training reminds me I need to recertify mine sometime by the end of the year. Thankfully I have a guy, he plays along when I quote The Office during the CPR portion. haha
We need a cookbook!!!!!! Cheers

wife: who says
Me: the people the said it 🤣
Very nice video 👍👍

We love you guys, could you please post a link to that RTT phone holder 😉.
Does Worsley still have the 37s or are they 35s now? I know that they had said that they would go back to 35s.
❤️Love from India ( Any മല്ലൂസ്..? )
It would be nice if I could go to your country and do something like this that I like. But I'm sorry I might not have a chance. Thailand
How far will your beautiful dog run with the Jeep?
Evening yall. Can u recommend A good app or whatever you use for the deluxe cabin “tiny houses” please? We are going to start a 2 month journey from Wa to Co. 😎✌️
What pants are the boys wearing at around 2:20-ish?
On your jeep, do you guys have a lift and if so how much. Or do you just have bigger tires.
Greetings from Arizona!! Great video as always! Im looking to get a rooftop tent for my Subaru Forester. Would you guys be willing to give a recommendation ? God Bless you and the fam!

What camera gear do yall use?
From india (Bihar)

Do you guys have a permanent home or are y'all permanent overlanders?
Ibad 🙂😊😐

Do you guys ever find it tiring to be traveling so much? I'd love to hear your extended thoughts on being nomads of sorts
No need to add "be" + "ing" to your sentences.

Why wouldn't your kids create an overland series for your channel instead of Expedition Overland?
You shame John Muir
