Ahhh not going to lie this makes me a little anxious lol in the past I found it hard to be comfortable with myself on camera. But recently I find it super easy to just be myself, however I can be cringe AF lmao I know that being self conscious isn’t WHO I am. I am learning to be unapologetically myself no matter what that looks like. Just a gentle reminder to be kind to yourself, when we have judgmental thoughts about ourselves that shit sucks but we have the power to decide if we will accept those thoughts as our truth. I have learned to take control over my self talk and realizing I don’t have to believe every thought that comes up. That critical voice in our head has no power unless we give it power. Idk just something I thought about as I tried to watch the video over again lol I talk a lot about my mentality and how to change your story by how you talk to yourself in these videos: Don’t Miss Out On The Magic Of Your Own Life, Wanting What Others Have- ua-cam.com/video/lxRbKjhU1tM/v-deo.html Be Your Own Inspiration, You Don’t Need Outside Validation (Rant) ua-cam.com/video/qzFf3FKSYV4/v-deo.html I think more people need to hear this, I still go back and watch these videos myself. I made this channel to be real and raw, a place to speak my mind in hope of offering value with others. As uncomfortable as I might feel at times, I know I am doing the right thing. I want to build a strong community here❤️
Developing a healthy mindset is so crucial imo. Once I started to enjoy the gym and focus less on results, it became so much easier to stay disciplined! 22:15 If I feel like I can do more, It's a sign to up the weight!
Exactly and it actually gets fun! Now I don’t really look forward to my rest days lol and also I ended up increasing the weight from 10 to 15. Now I am at 20 and about to start 25 pound weights 💪🏾 so you’re absolutely right! Thank you and I am so happy that you are enjoying the gym now that’s awesome 😁
