I only use the ball attachment. I've used it on my temples, orbitals, under cheek bones, etc, to get relief from sinus headaches. I also like the feel of hitting my neck lymph nodes when sick to simulate movement in there.
I bought the Pur wave on your recommendation. I love it. And guess who else does? My Cat. We have a regular routine at night. She loves it. I turn it in low and use it gently.
I actually balance your massage gun between the back of my couch and my lower back while lying on my side! It works great and because it goes off in 5 minutes, there's little chance of it overheating. I let it sit for another 5 minutes or so, and if I need it, I do it again. Don't need a partner to do that, but I would recommend that you allow the appliance to cool down if you are leaning against upholstery.
Dear Bob and Brad, another great video. My son has been suggesting I buy a massage gun and now, having watched your video, I feel comfortable that I know how to use one. (I hope your small massage gun is available to purchase here in Australia.) Thank you very much for your channel and especially for your sections on exercise for seniors.😊😊
Bob & Brad, This has nothing to do with the massage gun, but this is the best place I could find to post this question. I had total knee replacement surgery 8/2020 & failed to rehab like I should, so the scar tissue has to be surgically removed. I heard that a lymphatic massage would alleviate this, as well as cupping. So I ordered a cupping gun (with 8 glass cups) for after my upcoming scar removal surgery. Do you think this will help, along with rehab, keep scar tissue from hardening again?
Hi guys is it good for Planctar facitis? I have had shockwave treatment about 2 months ago but they are still as bad if not worse, I have tried everything now.
I was on Facebook last night and clicked an ad for a percussion massager and then found on google it was a scam...then since I subscribe to B and B's YT channel I get this notification. Yep we are being monitored. Yikes!
It gets weirder ... my sons and I discussed traveling to a very random country. None of us searched it on our phones - 100% - we even reviewed each other’s history on our phones & laptops to be sure. Right after JUST TALKING about it, I started to see ads about said country. Ick. Ps My son LOVES his massage gun ... he’s a competitive swimmer, and has started lifting weights to build muscle, and he uses the massage gun to break down knots and help in healing certain muscles that become sore. It helps too when working out - for my husband and I who are not as flexible as we have been in the past. Great video!!!
Is there any risk of vibration damage Such as from hand holding power tolls Is there a risk if you have had a concussion in your life or earlier disc surgery spine fusion?
I have severe arthritis and knee problems. I got a good deal from Amazon and it is wonderful. Using a combination, my mobility has increased a great deal. Use common sense.
You answered my question. Been having knee problems myself the last few weeks and I started to use the gun. I think it is helping. That and I just started tart Cherry juice after the recommendation from a friend and a bunch of research.
The title of this video was confusing to me, at first. Without a period at the end it looks like the title got cut off. Or another way to word it: “When You Should and Shouldn’t Use a Massage Gun”. P.S. Love the Bob and Brad caricatures in the intro!
I have so many questions about lymph nodes I recently went to hospital because I fainted and my legs were trembling I really feel tenderness in that waist/groin area and my quads. Please do more information on the Lymph Nodes. Love the channel
I am using mine to try to rip apart the nodules in my hand causing trigger finger in several fingers bilaterally. Its not working. It does help to open the fingers and does relieve the pain.
You’ll soon have to register your massage gun with the ATF and buy a $200 tax stamp in order to keep. Simply because liberals find the word “gun” dangerous and offensive. Geeze Bob and Brad how could you?
Love these dudes no homo you can tell they don't care about the money because if they did then they wouldn't even make a vid why you shouldn't buy a massage gun 😁

you guys are my go to guys for health advice
I've also heard to not use one over a varicose vein. Once you buy one of these, you'll see why they are so popular.
I just got mine before the weekend. Love it already!

You should not buy a massage gun in order to use it to attempt to rob a bank
If your “Not” to use on the Brachial Artery !!
How come in your Amazon Shop the photo of the massage gun shows Brad holding it in that place.
Would it be ok to use in lowest setting on thighs during period cramp??
How does UA-cam do this? I mean I just ordered my massage gun then literally a couple of hours later, here come Brad and Bob😀

Can it be used to loosen FTL muscle? Or is that too close to lymph nodes and femoral artery?
