    ASAP IS A SCAM! We are having issues with them right now. They didn’t cancel our tickets and was forcing us to use it. When we try to book they said they would look into it. Today they told us our tickets actually expired. What??? How could this have happened?!

    Got scammed by asap tickets too.I was charged 154$ for ticket protection and 35$ tip without my authorization.Then the airline cancelled my flight they charge me 250$ to process the refund.Please stay away from asap tickets

    I got scammed from ASAP ticket for $1,100 and plan to follow-up report to attorney general.

    My situation is exactly the same as yours. I have been passed from person to person and I am tired of this. I will look into small claims court.

    Here's another problem..... I was trying to buy tickets direct from Turkish Airways so my wife could fly to Odessa Ukraine in mid September. The Turkish Airways (TA) website was broken and kept rejecting my multiple attempts to book and buy the round trip tickets. . I then called TA's New York Office several times but could never get a real person on the phone or any call back to book and buy the tickets. I emailed TA several times and no response..... then wrote them a letter and dropped it in the mail.....OK.... One month later I heard back from TA asking "Is there something that you need?" By the time the TA letter had arrived I had made reservations through ASAP for the trip....My takeaway is that an "intermediary" like ASAP reduces the obvious incompetence of an airline like TA....If my wife could take a train from Denver, CO to Odessa, Ukraine I would put her on a train...If TA's customer service is so bad that a traveler can only book a flight through ASAP...in what condition are their planes? And that question is not reserved for TA and ASAP but for the entire Airline and Travel industry!!!!????........ Think twice maybe more than twice before traveling anywhere now.

    I'm looking up information on ASAP tickets because I tried using them a couple years ago and what they advertised isn't what I was going to get. I seen their ad $500 +- for a trip to Manila. I figured it was to good to be true. When I clicked it and an operator called me and said my flight would cost $2000 +- I'm like what no way I can get it cheaper on priceline. I asked them about their cheap flights advertising and they said those were special promotion flights and limited. (It was a long time ago and that's what I remember. but don't know for sure what she told me. I'm like ok how do I get one of those. I after some double talk I just hung up. I booked with priceline.)

    If this is how the Airline and travel companies have operated throughout the pandemic they have made a fortune via Covid. In college I promoted and sold 250 seats on a flight I booked (the entire plane) US to Amsterdam....Long story, I was successful but lots of hurdles to jump over. I remember having all the ticket money in my bank account collecting interest and thinking wow this is a great business..... and obviously even a better business if you can defraud people as has been done to this woman. ..

    I am dealing with this now . They want me to let them charge my credit card $275.00 to receive a refund of $950 . Why would I give you more money to get my own money back ? I don't know how this company is still in business .

      @@traveltalk8894 Many times . I just keep getting passed off to different agents with no resolve . Nobody calls back .

    Avoid ASAP Tickets at all costs, no matter how much discounted/deal tickets they promise. The representative does not have any clue on the valid flight routes in the context of passenger nationality, visa requirements in the (2/3 hours) layover Airports. For example with expired US VISA wrong route suggested from US to India was via London Heathrow Airport. Stay away and save your hard earned money!

    Let’s all get together and call them non stop for complaints for what they did to all of us . Refusing to refund our tickets even if it wasn’t our mistake but theirs . Let’s make sure other people know how bad they are as a business and how they take advantage of people . After they get your money , they refuse to answer your calls or emails . Let’s clog their phone lines so that they cannot victimize other people . The owner should be ashamed of himself. I watched his interview on you tube and his name is ALEX WEINSTEIN .

    Have you have any issues with score big or Out of This World Tickets? Cause it’s my first time doing this for a concert and I’m just nervous 😂
