    I can not more strongly urge you to use someone else than expedia. The cusotmer service is terrible. They will not stand behind their customers when there is aproblem or dispute. The only thing they can say is the vendor hotel says no credit so no credit for you. Even thought we left since there were bug and bed bugs in our last hotel stay. I guess Expedia justwants you to sleep with bed bugs. Abosuletely no help! Avoid and book with someone else!

    I agree with you ASAP is a scam. I purchased a ticket with them a round trip ticket with travel protection. Due to some problem with ny bank and credit cards, I decided to return early. I was told it willl cost me $1386.00 or $809.00 to change my original departue.. So what did I pay for , that will protect me from changes.

    It is the worst company. You can go to them if you want to lose your hard earned money. Booking through them you lose all the rights you have to free rescheduled flight/refund in case of cancellations or delays cause by airlines. Whenever in trouble, call the airlines directly and never book through that company.

    I’m sorry but there is no one to blame here but yourself. You are totally within your rights to say NO. I have been through plenty of Trafalgar tours where they have taken you along to events to try and sell you stuff and I have never bought anything. If you haven’t got the money then you stay firm and don’t buy anything. Do what most of us do and just walk away. At the end of the day no one forced you to hand over your card

    The worst experience. I have a problem and I need customer support but the thing is no one is getting in touch with me. I can’t call from Malaysia so I send them emails, I wrote them in the support chat and no response at all. Today is 10 days and still no answer from them. I don’t even understand what is the purpose of the E prime, NO PRIORITY SUPPORT, Scamming Prices, I comared the prices for hotels between different platforms and even with prime the price usually is 1$ more expensive, rental cars the same. Even Skyscanner is beating their prices for airline tickets. Writing a review is one of the last actions I wanted to do. I really tried to get in touch with them but promising one thing and giving totally different is a scam so my next thing is to complete a case with Better Business Bureau if they don’t react until Monday.

    The only one who can help is the CEO. My wife and i had a similar situation. No one at Qatar was willing to help, hence, I found out the CEO's email and let him know how his company works and/or does not work. Finally we got the refund after several weeks of fighting. Never give up fighting. Amen & Amen

    I purchased, never used and they lied about the graceful exit program. Same situation, pay the year in full before they'll lmk what's next. I've called several times and no one will tell me how to exit this program although I'm paid in full 2 months after purchase and am only paying maintenance.

    If you are on automatic renewal they send you a card that is valid for 3 years at a time to cut down on waste. It also says on the front of the card “billed annually” meaning the dues costs are due to be paid every year. It’s not AAA’s fault you can’t or don’t read. 🤦🏻‍♀️

    EPEDIA IS A NIGHTMARE!!! I tried to cancel my car rental with them, they referred me to Sixt (The 3rd party car rental company) and Sixt told me I had to request the refund from Expedia! Long story short... 1. I was never able to cancel, 2. Expedia ended up charging me the full cost of the rental when I never rented the car and 3. After numerous emails and calls which all of them were directed to call centers with people who don't even speak English, I was told my refund was denied! What recourse have you taken? Thanks...

    Facing exact same challenges and it’s so frustrating. I booked a flight through them and noticed the flight doesn’t let you have a carry on. I asked them to cancel and rebook another since I’m traveling with my daughter (8 yr old). The cancelled and now telling me 30 to 60 days for refund. Over $3k

    This is what travel insurance is for and if you didn’t pay for a policy good enough you have yourself to blame. The issues you experienced, traumatic as they may be for you, they are under no circumstances the responsibility of Oceania. I am sorry, but you have to suck up to that. Agent should have a average activity of 2 hours+ in CMS 17. Agent should have 100% attendance 18. Agent should have added all the 600 BQ leads taken in the fup file with a proper handling being done in each leads. If all the above criteria are followed, agents will move on to the next stage. Failure to adhere to the guidelines will result in termination.

    As was said below itineraries change. Cruise lines don’t want to endanger their ships and passengers, during times of conflict. Why would you blame them?

    I have gotten cruise credit from regents when the itinerary was changed due to them, October 7th was not Regents fault. They will always keep the guests safe. Once we skipped northeast Africa because of the Somali pirates to keep us safe, no refund was offered and no-one complained. Stop whining.

    You are absolutely right the service of goto gate is totally worse, I too also lost SAR 1115
