Hey mate, quick question. Would you say that DDO feels much more eastern than DD:DA, or are they about the same in regards to style? What I really like about DD:DA is that it feels very down to earth and gritty, unlike most of the other Japanese games where everything is ultra flashy and over the top.
Given the skill showcase here as well as the Fighter and Warrior skill showcases with all of their flashy somersaults and six foot high jump attacks, I'm pretty sure it leans far more towards a typical JRPG style rather than how the original Dragon's Dogma and Dark Arisen were.

Is there any way to get an English version of this? I understand how to get the game, but the items and abilities would be incomprehensible to me. Just wondering if there's any way to do it, or if you could refer me to a website that can explain the items in English I'd really appreciate it. These videos are excellent showcases and have really sold me on this buying game.
The only way to get it an English version for now Is on pc . You can change the files language to English in the game I don't know how to do this but I'll look for it for you And the English version on ps4 will be released in 2017 not sure which month capcom didn't say when coz they're busy on some updates on the game

Lyle Zone I thought so at first too but this vid showed other wise, the spirit ball bomb is really cool and if he augmented his Lance while building up the bomb. he could've dealt over 7000 damage in a single blow!

On the trailer for dragons dogma 2 there is a character with a double bladed pole. Maybe that's the lancer or close to it.

The Servers from DDO will shut down this Year so I don't see it happen. But we could get DD2 because the Creators said they won't let this Series die
