I wouldnt just recommend because i dont know what area you are in. Is it within st catherine? The surveyor is best found within the area that you are because they have to come to the property to assess.

Investments I don't know much about. But I did a video with a sagicor wealth advisor n linked her info so you could always reach out to her.

It's based on where the property is. Surveyor report was about 20 sumn grand. Valuation report was a little less
