Got any recommendations for those hex drive coarse thread screws??? Would love to switch over to those, especially when the screws get slowly ground down over time as the chassis slaps on hard surfaces.
the title is HPI Racing Bullet ST/MT Mod but i have to point out that only a couple of these mods are required on the G3.0 so you may want to include FLUX in your title for completeness
I wanna slap whoever thinks having phillips head screws on an RC is a great idea. I was so close to throwing my T Maxx across the room when I was working on it. Had phillips screws everywhere. I can understand on smaller RCs but on 1/16 and up they have to put hex heads.
Iv got all mods and bottom arms and I really doing think hex are any good at all get any problems when wheel on he's distroys the wheels and front hubs better in plastic I'm gooing back lol
Hi thanks for the vid. I just got 1 of these for xmas and poped out the rear dog bone on the 1st run😣 could you please give me the part number for the 1 you have
This vehicle is already pretty expensive for what it is, and adding up probably another 100bucks to make it at least somewhat durable is bonkers. That makes this car as expensive as a Traxxas Maxx which is leagues more durable still after all these mods. Only hpi die-hard fans or ppl not doing research end up buying this car.
Not necessarily. All RC cars, especially ones used for bashing, have a weak point or an area needing upgraded. Knuckles, towers, dog bones, turnbuckles, hingepins, body mounts, arms, all will need upgraded or replaced sooner or later. Arrma, Traxxas, Corally, all require some kind of upgrade
First modification: toss it in the bin
juuust kidding, just supporting the content.
Still, best to toss it in the bin. 😅
haha, all good and thanks for watching!
lol yeah new to the hobby wish i would have read up on this one wasted money def over paid

@@yaniryoel hi I don’t sorry. I never changed mine in the end. But I’m sure model sport will sell it
