- As we read from the Book of Mario, the desert is the perfect place for limes... lemons... Pharaohs?

Don't forget to leave a positive comment and a like for the algorithm!
Egg is good. Very comfortable. Perfect place for baby to nap. Put baby in egg.
I was hoping someone would comment this.
- "Understand the lemon!"
- Clearly a lime.
- "Fruit found by republicans."
I think we've found the disconnect here.
I love the narration at the end just going “where am I?” Like it was lost some pages in the script desperately trying to find the right page
Tom Fawkes in a nutshell: a hilarious sense of humor, great video editing, excellent voice acting, a lovely community, and a good taste in games.
"I am hard. I have to focus on homicide."
Is this Princess Peach, or Carbon?
Book of Mario is always such an unhinged thing and I love it
"I don't want to be Racist, but I need the FP bonus!" 2025 starting off strong.
"Understand the concept of Nun!"
This entire Subway thinks I'm crazy now because I can't stop laughing. I'm crying xD
10:22 I actually had the opposite reaction when I first played this! I played this game YEARS before I played Yoshi’s Island so when I occasionally saw Lil Mousers and Bandits in other Mario games I was like “oh wow those guys are from Paper Mario!”
When life gives you lemons, make limeade. Is... is that right?
9:27 Cue the to be continued theme...
5:04 Mario was never able to accept this news. He continued on in vain, conquering stage after stage and fortress after fortress, and each time he failed to find her, he repeated to himself: "Your Princess is in another castle. Your Princess is in another castle...."
-"Dry and Dry", "Dry too Dry", and "Dry Dry Dry" is my favorite film trilogy lmao
-Beating up a guy who runs an assaulted volunteer center and still lives with his mother... *Definitely* not a sign of whats in store for the future
-Bzaps and Ruff Puffs definitely feel like they'd be right at home in Yoshis Island (which I find funny given chapter 6 features an ACTUAL Yoshis Island enemy)
EVERY
VILLAIN
IS
L-Lemon? Lime?

"You got the racist crest!"
Can't say we weren't warned.
I love how silly the translations get. And Tom owns each text box in stride!
I don't think you figure out how well someone is as a voice actor until they give something like this a try.
How is Tom not world famous? Its a blasted crime i tells ya
I like that if you read into context that Google Translate Tutankoopa just sounds like an Anime Tsundere.
So here’s what Tom/Mario accomplished today… We became Racist (for the FP), got botulism then immediately got cured and then immediately after got a spinal injury and took out a pharaoh and then finally Freed Nurse. What a day to be a Tom/Mario
“Understand the Lemon. Fruit found by republicans.” 16:47
5:48 Chef is a pretty good show
It's not a lemon, it's a limón
Yet another Maltese word got mixed into that.
Fiducjax is a bit more simple tho, it just means "trust".
I couldn't find "Ghinha" specifically, but "Ghin" is an Urdu word that means dislike, hatred, aversion, scorn, or contempt. ... so basically you were just called an a-hole for not paying for more information.
Ghinha might be a misspelling of Ghin then, since a fair number of English words also get completely blendered, like leave’m.
2:26 That particular comment in chat right above Tom is the most accurate thing about this mod.
Comment for to supporting the brand. 👍
"Why are you Mario?" is the literal same exact energy as that one Twitter post by Tony Hawk about a kid that asked him "Why are you Tony Hawk?"
Not the Racist badge!
26:32 B A S S
I'm confused, which goes in the coconut?
FP, but at what cost?
Morals, dignity, and 3 badge points.
the jaw may be coconut. it has so many uses
Really sad the lemon wasn’t named lime
This is a positivity comment, like it to spread positivity for Tom
I thought the bad translations thing was a daft gimmick when I first heard about it but I must admit I'm now both really into this and StarvHarv's badly translated history videos. There's just something about it being on the edge of comprehensibility then diving into the absurd.
