I cannot thank the wonderful Jacob enough for not only reprising his role as Zero, but for also doing THIS scene in particular. Not to mention, also recommending Iris's VA for this scene, Cela! *crying heavily, silently* ... He did it. He freaking did it. He caught the spirit of Zero and inducted the pain he felt. I felt what he lost and felt to question what he was fighting for.
As iconic as the original line is, I actually really like the change to "I can't go on like this!"
It's a little touch-up that makes the scene that much more personal to Zero
The first "iris!" Was perfect
Good opening delivery and it was at the same quality the entire time. My congratulations to both of the VAs that gave their voices for this scene. I honestly came here with low expectations knowing how this scene is, but they managed to turn it into something actually pretty good to listen to. It's impressive how much a scene can change by just a little change in quality
This was a great redub the voice actors here did wonderful the person that voiced zero really captured his character his grief over iris's death is quiet emotional here much better compared to the original.
GOOG GODS, the emotion Jacob and Cela portrayed in this dub, definitely giving both Jacob and Celadon so much props for re-enacting this scene. I rate this up there with the Lucas Gilbertson's version of this scene (Lucas who is also Zero's VA.)
Seeing this has earned a sub, great work from everyone!

Networking takes time, and will come naturally. Anyways, good eng dub like always and will be curious if you plan to do more dubs for the other X games. But cutscene and gameplay wise.

Not quite as good as the Lucas Gilbertson redub (though I prefer Iris' performance here) but still pretty good. I've always felt like that scene was meant to convey something powerful; a gut punch to up the stakes before the final conflict, but it's a shame that the original English dub was just so bad that it fell flat.
