I feel the same way about people. I have a low tolerance for dealing with stupidity. But the difference is I can't drive cause of my eyesight and poor judgement skills. Plus I live in the city. I try to go for walks like around 5 am before anybody comes out to go to work. Anything else I try to schedule everything else around the time that people are working. My stress level has improved greatly changing my lifestyle this way.
You can get sugar free jello or pudding flavors and flavor your vanilla shake any flavor you want. It don't take much to get the flavor. Put in a blender and drink. I hope you see this comment 😊😊😊

Hi Anthony, after you put the dressing on, you should put the the lid back on the salad and shake it up. It’ll help distribute the salad dressing more evenly, and it doesn’t take as much salad dressing.

Anthony if you want a more comfortable chair. In the sporting goods section at Walmart, theirs a $20 chair with back and arm support. I've used it for years FOLDS COMPLETELY FLAT. Very popular with flea market vendors and campers. Blessings to you and all the FOAS.😊🙏
Now what a min Anthony. You do have a dinette space right behind you underneath your bed. You have chosen to leave the bed permanently down so you sacrificed the dinette area 😂 But I get it. You don’t want to have to pick up the bed every time you want to use the dinette area. For your next trailer now you know exactly what you want/need. Healthy trial and error. Keep living your best life!!!

I assumed that you were buying the ensure protein drinks to get more protein into your diet. Costco has good Kirkland brand, protein drinks, but once again, you can only buy one flavor at a time. I use protein powder and peanut butter powder to add more protein to my diet. Anthony, your home is looking very homey! Have a great day!
Yes, they’re right on its popular use. Seeing Ensure make an appearance, I paused for a Doctor update. It’s the go to in rehab facilities and nursing homes to up a patient’s caloric intake. Also, Ensure is loaded with added sugar - which is not healthy but its purpose is calories and nutrients.

You are right. Anthony mentioned twice a day. Nursing homes and hospitals use these for people nutritionally deficient. His consumption of gatorade bothered me. He needs to look at the labels on gatorade. Too much is not good.v
I love watching people living free and traveling with little to no 9 to 5 stress. This is my ultimate goal; which is why I am currently building out my minivan and documenting it on my youtube channel. ❤
Hey Anthony. I wanted to make a meal prep suggestion. I know you mentioned on this video or the last that you get tired of the same food back to back. An idea is to meal prep your 4 identical meals, but instead of eating the back to back alternate them with your free days. So eat your meal prep food on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. And eat freely on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday just as an example. And you can also do like I do I make one major protein and 4 - 5 sides so we can mix it up. It's the same food just various combinations. I also buy a big bag of Ceasar salad and make my own bowls. They have the small selection plates and I use those to make my own lunchables for the kids or snack. I can buy a bigger quantity and break it down it to smaller portions which saves me money verses the pre-made ones. It's a process but the reward is worth it.

Anthony that salad looks delicious but try this little trick, squeeze maybe half or a wedge of lemon juice on salad before the dressing then you add dressing. What a pop pop to the taste. If you don’t have dressing wine vinegar and olive oil and fresh lemon and Italian seasoning yum to the yum.

Portion control is my downfall too. I bought a plate on Amazon that shows me how much my portion should be in each compartment. I am not actively exercising nor am I taking 10k steps a day. But I lost 40 lbs in 6 months by just changing how much food I eat. I didn’t change what I eat, just how much I shovel in my mouth. 🤣 Once I lose another 20 lbs, I will start exercising. I didn’t want to put anymore pressure on my knees than I have to. 🫢

Hi Anthony! If you don’t mind dirtying a dish, you can dump your salad into a container with a lid, close the lid and shake it up. Every bite will be coated with the dressing, cheese, etc. 😊
There you go, who said healthy gotta be boring. People can still eat what they enjoy it's just replacement/decreasing bad oils, sugar, salt and bad fats. All mentioned are the culprits in calories and ailments. You can cook so I know the seasonings popping. I love salads. Try the cobb salad it's good.

I buy the vanilla, and a bottle of hershey low sugar chocolate syrup, and a strawberry one to add to it when I want a different taste. I have even poured one in the blender and added banana or berries and some ice cubes. Yum!

Hello, Anthony. Great video !!! I'm not sure if you're close to a Publix, but they have awesome salads. I buy the pre made salads with spring mix, strawberries, and raspberries. I add a lemon balsamic salad dressing and grill chicken, and it's awesome. Also, if you're near a Costco or Sam's Club checkout, Fairlife protein shakes..30 grams of protein, 2 grams. of sugar, and 150 calories

Te best thing to do for the vanilla flavor ones to add more flavor options is to add fruit to it like strawberries, blue berries,peaches or watermelon and mix it in a smoothie blender.I also sometimes add yogurt to it for more nutrition. Try it you may like it. 😃😊
