@@phlegmsmoothie yeah the narrow minded ones will agree.
You r right they are criticized by narrow minded people but people who know what's wrong and what's right they would consider those partners and parents sensible and broad that let their women do what they wanna do.

In our colleges “class representative “ is always male, women leaders are always “ ladies representatives” and don’t deal with general issues
That's a shame for the school , we get a girl and a boy representative having equal rights
Wow, really?!!!!
In our School I saw only female monitors (sometimes male aswell but not always) And prefects all were mostly female except Head Boy who was also accompanied by Head Girl. In our school we had majority of female students. Growing up I only saw females taking responsibility outside aswell as in Home, Mother who took household responsibility, our studies responsibility and even out side earning accompanied by Dad he did earning too but by not taking as much responsibility in home as much as Mother. It was always women with power
until later that I understood more about the world, the more I understand about the world the more disappointed I became of it was I really loved the world the uthopia in which I lived during childhood.
I agree, and whenever there is some cultural activities boys are given arrangements responsibility and girls are reserved for decoration and presentation..

Iceland has the" most equal parliament" in the world where women won 48% of the seats in 2016. All nations can learn from them 🙌
Ikr, I'm immigrating there and I learnt about this
Look at thier sex ratio too they have more women's than men
Even Norway has 40% of Mandate representation of Women in the parliament
@KIRA I think since male and females make up almost half of the population.. They're should be an almost half representation of both the genders..And since many women lack encouragement to lead , I think reservations are a good rule to promote women's Representation in the parliament..And it's only 40% as compared to 60% of men
@KIRA See , we have to admit that the society is male dominated and everything is directly or indirectly controlled by men which may be sometimes unfair to Women..Although I'm not from Norway , I'm an Indian , While researching about Norway for a MUN I found out that due to this quota and other Quotas, Norway has actually become one of the most Gender equal countries in the world.. Believe it or not , Both the genders are required to be represented equally in order to provide equality and to understand their stances..if Women are not in power, they won't be represented..Our problems won't be on the table and know one would know it..Therefore these quotes are necessary
this series shouldn't be called "overthinking".. it should be named "thinking" ..cause rn we need to think and take action on these issues..no hate though...
It's because in general, women aren't interested in politics
The people in this country can only respect a woman in terms of her being a daughter, a sister, a wife or a mother. The fact that she's an individual and a human who's basically entitled to respect and dignity, just doesn't cross anyone's mind.

That's not because of men there are people at the top who doesn't want good things and want to exploit good people are often eliminated from politics regardless of their gender similar thing would have happened if women were at the top , in case of Bengal mamta banerjee is abusing her Power she won't let anyone come to the top even if she is a woman and does a good work

You forgot to mention Ms Moitra. She's been a really vociferous parliamentarian and her whole story about how she began her life and at what point she chose politics is an interesting case study too. Very simply, more participation (from every group not only women but trans people and people from marginalized communities) in political decision making opens doors for every class as the representation lets them feel how accessible being a leader is and not some magic that only a few people could learn. I went through the list of women participants in the constituent assembly debates from 1948-50 and it even mentions how much who spoke during the discourses. Let alone the speech, the number of women too was considerably low. Even when parties do include women in their least of leaders, we all know it's mostly just for the sake of representation and not all of them are given chances of being as much active and outspoken as their male colleagues. Education to each and every human is the only way things will get better.

First of all politics is a hunger game and its too dirty but it gave a huge amount of power to them. They are enjoying the most power and importance in the country even though half of them have a criminal backgrounds. This is the only career where who have the most brutal criminal record have more chances to become more powerful. Since it's a powerful place men in old times doesn't want to give this position to women because this way they think they are equally powerful just like them. It's not a taunt though..being a feminist doesn't mean being inclined more towards women or hating men...it's about treating both of them first as humans and individuals who have their own choices that are meant to be respected.....so these people who have the wrong connotation about feminism ( basically pseudo feminism) always try to show feminism as a bad thing which is obviously not....so don't worry about the taunts..they are actually indirect compliments for u standing for ur dignity🤗
Please make a video on feminist Usha Akella's new book ' I WILL NOT BEAR YOU SONS '

Our school once made two head girls instead of one head girl and a head boy because they thought that no male student was good enough that year. People criticized it very much as it was a rule to make a head boy, never have I once seen those people be so passionately worried about the less representation of women in OUR PARLIAMENT ( which is supposed to represent the population)

As a male feminist, I do not know how i should help out women being oppressed. Do reply
Start within your house with your wives , daughters and sisters by allowing them freedom and bodily autonomy. Don't stigmatize periods, they're a biological function. Allow them to talk about sex, even decide if they want to have sex before marriage or not. Don't dress code and victim blame them. Don't give so much attention to false cases. Most importantly, hold your male friends accountable for making rape jokes, misognyistic jokes or treating girls as fuckable objects. Same goes for family members too. Call them out if they are pressurising their girlfriends into something they don't want to do. Hold the men harassing women accountable and don't say not all men when women talk about their stories.

it's not being that a women cannot be a good leader , it's that , in India women are always shamed, for their dressing sense, for their talking, for their job, for their home, for their struggle, ultimately for their character and this what hurts deep inside . only these things keep a woman away from" men's dirty politics"
Nice video 🤗
Swaddle deserves more subscribers!!!
I like her expression when she said 56 inch ki chati 😂😂
I know very little about politics but I know I'd vote for you
Can you do a video on whether it's good or bad for girls and boys to sit together in school. Because I'm really confused about it...that I was really comfortable around boys before we were segregated into two sides of the class in fifth standard....but now that I think about it I can't think of sitting with them on a daily basis anymore.....
Razia Sultan could have been an example
The representation of women are far more superior in countries that are considered to be the best places to live (good quality of life) and hold high ranks in their respective government bodies. So politics in general has nthg to do with gender. Although in India the situation is different you don't actually have any capable candidates to rule or govern irregardless of the gender cuz they are elected on the basis of their ability to sway the audience with public emotions and appeal. None of them are qualified to make decisions that seem logical and progressive.
0:13 Wt movie's name?
Honestly politics doesn't makes full(if not any) use of one's leadership skills 'cuz one have to make proper laws which is much more of an intellectual task, though winning election still requires the leadership skills so we constantly sacrifice smart politicians over "Better leaders". The natural ability of multitasking and accounting minor details makes women better politician over men
You forgot about Razia Sultan
Tell me mamta, mayawati, mehbooba and jayalalita are men.
A leader is a leader irrespective of gender.
Even we ask women to be a good political leader and to be given equal opportunities to be a good leader we cannot force men to listen them, because men are born not to listen to anyone . even if a female gives advice, good advice, to her husband for his betterment of his future and what is good for him , men often denial their advice saying that you don't know anything anything more than this household work, Apna chulha chowka Sambhalo.
Also men listening to toxic females who always try to gain control over their husbands and to gain their attention, men always have failed to differentiate between what is right or wrong.
Great topic with good historical analysis.
WHY DOES MILITARY HAVE ONLY MEN- the question no one has courage to ask
military has women too bro😐
@@sharma1457 Not the land military
Hmmmmmms
@@mananliveshistory any citations?
Because men are physically stronger, that's biology
You should also mention shailaja mam from kerala..she proved as a good leader..
Everyone wants to at high level and best way to clear their enemy is just try to show them weak and when its about women then her biggest gift bearing a child is used to kick them out of there way
I am totally in love with this channel ❤️
Next video on topic why some men hate feminism
Answer: They are incels
Bcs they aren't able to find difference between misandry and feminism!
Great idea! Would love to read comments underneath 😂😂😂😂
Yes, even I'm waiting for this channel to display their ignorance in that video
There may be 2 causes:
1. They don't know the difference between fake feminism ("feminists" who think women>men) and real feminism.
2. They are mysoginists
women can be in politics take a look at how amma jayalalitha who ruled tamilnadu state as a CM
Proud to be a Bengali girl
The P.M of east bengal (Bangladesh)
is a women.
And the C. M of Westbengal(Bangla) and one of most powerful leaders in India is also a women.
@master cheif Yeah in case of women empowerment Bengal is nice, like first practising women doctor in western medicine in the whole southeast asia is Bengali, and the first women graduate, the first Muslim woman doctor in South Asia, First school a Muslim women, first auto biography of an Indian etc are Bengali women. But in case of womens existence in all houses northeastern tribes and Kerala people are much ahead. I am a northeastern Bengali and most of my friend's and locality are Bengali and some are northeastern tribal. I have to say they respect women very much. Many of them are also materialistic. Like my neighbouring state Meghalayas Garo and khasi s go to women's house after marriage.
In whole of northeast crime rate is also law for women.
@master cheif Where are you from bye the way?
