Thank you always for the effort you all put in.🙏
I'd really love to see in-depth and detailed videos from you guys on SOOCD! And TOCD as well. Also, if it's a thing, I'd love to learn more about "just right" OCD that exists in/with SOOCD, ROCD, TOCD, if it does.

People in 60s don't care and live in moment not caring about everything so much people in 20s might have the lesser time compared to someone in 60s. Days hours second decades all these words and concepts are human made, important to live in society ofcourse. But we're here for sometime, I stopped counting my years and trying my best to say for the very first time whenever someone ask me when's your birthday that "I don't know" 😂... try it, you'll automatically will come to present. Let's just be.

A great video, a lot of what you speak about is actually what I'm terrified of. Being unable to do what is required for recovery.
So I guess watching these videos is a source of reassurance? It's hard to know where the line should be drawn.
This is not a knock though, massive respect to you all.

I’m curious. When dealing treatment for OCD, is it helpful to dissect childhood trauma and how those traumas may be fueling our OCD? I’ve heard before that this actually isn’t helpful in recovery and shouldn’t be done. Could you speak on this? My current therapist is all about trying to find the WHY in everything and I'm starting to wonder if this is actually helpful and am considering changing therapists. Thanks!

Could you please cover being afraid of real life because sensorimotor ocd tells you that you being real will mean having these sensations for ever. Please.

I’m just not sure where to get help tbh, my OCD is quite strange and unusual and it keeps getting more powerful, and I don’t know where it came from but it’s like I’m not functional anymore. It’s so annoying and I don’t know what to really do about it.

Apparently, OCD makes us think we are an exception. That our situation is too odd to be understood or it’s special. I for sure have thought those things and many others have and it seems like you’re experiencing the same… you’re not beyond help, just go out and seek it if you have the resources.
