Nice build , im in the process of modding a chinees dazon buggy . Took out the 250 and dropped in a 1983 gs 750 but kept the reverse box , had to extend rear swing arm 10 inches . Its comming together good but also been working on it a year now , only because im trying to keep cost down and as of today i only have 600 bucks invested . Glad im not the only one doing this type of build

Love it Man!! KEEP UP!! THE GOOD WORK!!! The reason I saw this video is because, I just got a chinese buggy Go kart. Obviously meant for a little kid but I got it for my son. It was in really bad shape, wasn't running, all 4 flat tires, ect..& picked it up for $150.oo for the whole thing! So! First thing I did was take (Everything) off and striped Everything down to the frame. Then I welded on an extra foot to lengthen the frame. Now I got something to work with that will fit an 2 adults. Been looking on Utube for Ideas then saw your video!! REDBEARD on utube has some great ideas as well! Highly recommend. Thanks!!

I've had my yurfdog for around 8 years and it was a blast, then I moved into the city and pretty much havnt rode it since, a few years down the road I bought a zx9 and the same week I got it a dog ran in front of me. Thank god I made it out alive, I cracked crank case, and blew the radiator out, but I got new parts and it's running pretty good now. . . but I was thinking about doing a swap on it, but I'm a little clueless on how I should set the engine and how I should mount it. I am not too sure on the shifting setup either, but i'd love to see how you got it set up, and mabey I can get an idea of the proper way to mount this thing, yours looks soo clean and sleek I love the video as well 🙌

The yerf dogs were all made in the united states. The only things from china or japan is the engine and electronic parts on the spiderbox. Awesome engine swap though.

Is it done yet ? I built one that’s similar. But its made for drag racing and grudge drags. I will be running it next month. It’s deemed the worlds fastest yerf dog spiderbox.

not to be mean but you should see what i can build for 2 grand in parts! irs is a def first i found one of a polaris 500 outlaw IRS complete for cheap cheap and a ktm 300 2stroke for 900 :) and with the way i redesign my yerdog 3002 model single front a arm with a teleylever shock set up but still kept the sing arm design and the the hub it self pivots for bump steer and the shock actcing like a upper control arm light weight and beast ass fast :)

What rims and tires did u use and where you find them at? They Look awesome

Don't remember exactly. They are at wheels just looked for the correct bolt pattern to match hubs.

1000 dollars is probably going to be tuff to build a cross kart.

Where did you get the tires, rims, and front tire knuckles to make them 4 lug?

If I remember correctly they came off a honda ATC not sure what years. I searched for the lug pattern and distance to find them.

The hubs are from buggy depot. I'll make another video right now I'm concentrating on the superbike.
