    One of the best cooking tutorials I’ve seen. Concise and to the point without moving too quickly, you are amazing.

    Wonderful, thank you. The only recipe I have seen so far that has touched on the uneven size aspect of these veggies and how to handle that.

    I've never eaten or cooked a parsnip! Thanks for the intro - I'm going to try this. So many of our favorite recipes come from you, especially the garlic salmon bowls (sheet pan cooking of salmon and veggies), and grab the gold bars (my high school student takes one for her morning snack).

    To be honest I don't think I've ever had a parsnip. These look really good - i'm gonna have to give them a try!

    These are a must on my " farm " pizza, along with garlic, onions, peppers, baby spinach and sauteed bella mushrooms.

    Which olive oil you use?😊

    • @MOMables
      @MOMables  20 днів тому

      I buy single sourced olive oil (any brand that comes from a single country of origin usually Spain, Italy, or Greece) without blending. You can check the back of the label of the brands available at your store.

    excited to see this recipe - I am not a fan of adding honey or syrup to this veggie - always wondered what an oil salt pepper - seasoning blend would be like - thank you gonna try this - would you recommend beef or chicken as the protein with this?

      I feel you! I personally also enjoy the classic savory flavors or roasted parsnips (and carrots). I pair these with chicken, beef, pork, and even pan-fried fish. They have a very neutral flavor that really goes great with just about everything!

    Caramelized parsnips pair well with turkey. I can't get any of my friends to try them. People have eaten them for, like, 87 bazillion years, but too many people nowadays see them as something alien and weird.

      @@MOMables They're a rustic treat! But most people assume that they taste bad because they're healthy.
