Great video brother. You will do great at the show. We have to get rid of the old man hateful image at shows. We have to be nice to folks that's what makes folks want to buy from you. I will go passed 10 dealers to get to one friendly one. Make everyone feel important and they'll love you. I'd come and see you but I'm in Ohio. Been collecting 58 yrs.
Very cool brother thank you for sharing your knowledge and your expertise I enjoy watching your videos and learning something new everyday Hello from Detroit Michigan USA 94/275
Love your channel. I don't have them but they make staples that are flat on bottom once stapled to keep from scratching the coin next to it when flipped and stored
Total amateur here. Just trying to preserve family heirlooms that have been passed down. Nothing worth much but a lot of sentimental value. Any particular brand of 2x2 cardboard flips you’d recommend? Nervous about long term storage in something that might have PVC or corrosive materials in the plastic and the internet has me second guessing every choice.
I've been collecting coins for the past 46 years and I love my Morgans I have a couple 3 cent pieces but none with the design that yours has I would gladly give you $20 for that absolutely
I get goosebumps when I see stapples.I only use clear tape on my flips. When I buy coins that have staples I am VERY careful to remove them and put them in my own flips.I've been doing this for decades now and have not had ANY problems with them.Do not use scotch tape as it will yellow over a short period of time.I usually buy them at the $ store. It's cheap and you have more $$$ for coins.
hey man could i get your help? i have a 1923 peace dollar no mint mark in great condition (my grandma and grandpa have had it in a box untouched for the last 40 years) i saw a different video where one sold for $15,000 in ms67 that looks the same quality as the one we have. where can i send it in to be graded? i really appreciate the help my grandma really needs the money and this could be a blessing!
Go to PCGS website and look and learn to photograde and compare yours and you will have a rough idea what to expect. Then if you think your coin is worth grading send it for grading to PCGS via usps insured/register mail, you need to be a member and is extra fee. If not, go to an honest LCS(Local coin shop) and they can give you and estimate grade/price and or send it for grading for you for a fee. Good Luck.

Why staples and not glue or some type of paste?
