How long have you been using it until scratches appear? Of course, it has Thermium coating so I don't expect it to be there for years. What size is the Fiskars Pan? 28 cm is the largest I think, I am going for the largest one. I don't mind it performing in between pure stainless steel, (Thermium) and Teflon surface. Like you said it doesn't mean to be fully non-stick right? Meaning I need a bit of oil for making pancake or something. As long as it doesn't trap moisture too much like Teflon then it will make the food crispy (like chicken skin and steaks). Very nice looking pan by the way. Do you think it is worth the money? I am going for tri-ply metal anyway so dont mind pay a bit more but it is definitely 50 GBP more than normal tri-ply pan like Samuel.

Yes i think its worth it. Maybe 6 months before it got scratches but still work very good its the 28cm yes

Ja flere ganger null problem det. Men belegget varer bare noen måneder så blir det som en vanlig rustfri panne
