- Only changing out the springs on the front forks and rear shock. This will work on all Honda CRF450R's and CRF250R's from 2017 to current. Well actually the shock and fork part will work from like early 2000's to current, its really only removing the rear shock from the bike that has changed throughout the years. Enjoy!

Some great tips, worked on my cr124 04 for years, then got a crf this year and couldn’t align up the forks by compressing them…… makes sense now🙏
Thanks! Yup, the old compression trick surely doesnt seem to work on these newer bikes for sure.
I saw on someone elses video that the strap and loop is so you can lean the tank over to one side and the strap will hold all the pressure so your tank cant fall. it would lean toward the left side of the bike.
Ahh good idea. Would be good for checking the valves. But may get in the way while doing a top end.
It comes with the Yoshimura exhaust from factory 😊
Ahh, I kinda figured that out mid way when I noticed it says works edition on it lol
Lovin it!
Very good! Thanks you for sharing your knowledge!
Regards from Portugal!
Hello Francisco in Portugal! Thanks for watching!
Another great vid. 🏜🙂
Thank you sir! 👍
APJ!! (Another perfect job)
🤙Thanks!
I didn't know Honda made stiffer oem springs! Do they have one for crf300l?
Hello. I dont think they do for the CRF300.
Why don't you use a vis for forks and shock services ? Big up from France !!! 🙂
Hello Ju Ju from France!! I probably could and should but my early years of wrenching I was broke and couldnt afford stuff like that so at this point it would be like teaching a dog new tricks. But I'm learning these new tricks as I go along lol
Any chance you have a video of changing shock fluid and nitrogen and all that good stuff ? I appreciate you and your videos you’re the best out on UA-cam
I surely do. I have one for the CRF, one for the YZ, and one for the KX. Which one are you looking for?
One for 2018 crf450r ! I’ll get to lookin in your old videos thank you !
@@anthonynunez2274 Right on, here is a link to the crf450 ua-cam.com/video/_EECSoKn5ks/v-deo.html
Thank you !!
Another question sorry man but I did the fork service on my 2018 crf450r and I’m not too sure if I remember bottoming out the collar you said it was very important to do that could you explain why it’s important to bottom out the collar?
Amigo podrías ayudarme con mi crf450r tengo problemas del sensor
I'm sorry I dont understand.
Anyone have a link for the frame grip tape please, I'm struggling to find it
Do you mean this stuff right here www.rockymountainatvmc.com/parts/attack-graphics-frame-grip-tape-p
Hey man I sent you a email! I think I may be in your area, looking to get some work done ASAP!!!!
Hello. Thanks I replied to the email!
To buy a top end for my yz 125 it’s on rocky mtn it has a option of full oem kit for 72$ but if I go click all parts I need individualy it’s like 160$?
Is that a oem kit or aftermarket?
@@UpAllNight91 both are Oem kits
@@user-ue3ku6qb3j what are their part numbers?
@@UpAllNight91 I’m not sure but if u search top end kit yz 125 on Rocky Mountain a full kit for 72$ oem will come up. But if you go to oem parts and put all individual parts together it comes to like 160$
@@user-ue3ku6qb3j Ok found it. Yeah kits from manufactures are often cheaper but wow at 72 bucks thats a deal
Why doesn’t Rocky Mountain sell the newer yz 125 head gasgets individually
You mean the cylinder base gasket for the 2200 to 2024 YZ125? I dont know why they dont have that. Its been like that for like a year now. I order them from motosport because of that reason.
@@UpAllNight91 ohhh ok and yes I meant the base gasget
@@user-ue3ku6qb3j right on
@@UpAllNight91 what does the top of piston look like if lean or rich?
@@user-ue3ku6qb3j ashy white can mean its been lean, lotf of black carbon can be from being rich but can also be from just not being riden hard enough to get enough heat in her to keep it clean.
