My question is ....
If you are using bits n pieces from various digit kits, can we sell them? Not mass making obviously. I do understand about an Angel Policy and quite rightly so. I have made 2 journals which I have gifted over the past year and still working on my own.
How do you manage and other crafters who watch you?

Most digital kits are sold with permission from the creator, who owns the copyright, the use their images in items that you sell. You can't set up a big production line, and the number is usually capped per year, but they create digitals for you to do this. What you can't do, for example, is scan the images, adapt them, and then sell them. That would be copyright infringement. Does this answer your question?? Hugs, Joie 💜🌿👍

Joie, this tute is such fun! Sometimes, one can simply enjoy digging into supplies and figuring it all out along the way. No rules, just letting the eye take the lead and using bits of this and that to create treasures for a journal or folio. Dabs of paint always add a personal touch. TYFS. Love this idea. I've started my first "proto type" JJ and these faux envelopes will be PERFFECT for some of the pages that I couldn't figure out how to decorate, with the added benefit of a place to put extras...tags, journal cards, etc. Thanks for the inspiration.

I love that it does fool you, because it's not a regularly envelope! Due to there is no pocket inside/frontside of the envelope.
How ever it's possible to make a small tuck under the flip on the front. Just adhere the sides of the flip and attach it to the front. And wooop whoop there will be a tuck under the flip. Just a suggestion...

Those Arteza pens are just to die for! And I love the way you keep them all in their proper place... I would do exactly the same thing! ...isn't there a pill we can take for that? Your hinge... that's not something I've seen before but I can see where it'd add a bit more room than a glued edge alone. Thank you for this wonderful tip, I love these so much I make some a lot, for my junk journals. But just one little detail, I personally use two pages I glue together to make the envelopes stronger, for my books are smaller and rather old and fragile, and I don't use the strip on the edge, because the tags and other ephemeras in it tend to slip, so I prefer using double sided adhesive tape. But these envelopes made with book pages are really really nice🥰
