I have been waiting what feels like YEARS for you to release this video. Reminds me of the hustle you put in during the Big Mac challenge. Love you man and the work you do. I’m a big big fan of all your channels, especially your podcast. Thanks Jordan!
Stopping this video (@ 35:45) because I’m in TEARS, actual REAL effin tears!! I’m a T1D, have been since 2006, I’m 42 years old, mother of 2, wife of 20 years…& this was ME- EVERY. DAMN. DAY.-prior to getting my insulin pump & CGM!! The slurring my speech, the EXTREME exhaustion, the headaches…2 extremely CLOSE calls while driving….this is RAW & REAL! I STILL struggle with my weight & need to lose about 25 more lbs…but I’m so GLAD to have found you & this video! Way to bring awareness to everyone using CGM’s & NOT NEEDING them -along with ozempic & mounjaro, etc for “weight loss” - I’ve got a long way to go but my A1c’s have been under 6 for years because of being able to monitor my sugars with the CGM & pump! Keep doing YOU! You are a HUGE help to me! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
The whole part of being a little hungry resonates so much. I picked up a nasty habit of snacking at night and middle of the night when I gave birth 3 years ago. I just have accomplished 3 days no snacking after 8pm until breakfast! 🎉 I made myself some tea, filled up ice and water, journaled, watch some videos, got up walked around, and told my brain its okay we do not need food to get back to sleep! I have felt so much better, less bloated, I got more sleep, less insomnia! I know alot is stress related so I'm taking baths, making sure I excercise and get my steps in, eating breakfast not skipping meals, getting more protein and fiber!
I've been waiting for this one! Thank you for doing this and showing the importance of just plain 'ol calorie deficit! I am having weight loss success for the first time ever without trying to cut out some favorite food group and just working with a calorie deficit. Cutting out carbs ALWAYS worked but I was NEVER able to sustain it longer than a couple of weeks, and I always gained the weight back and more. Because of that I have just avoided trying to lose weight even though I desperately need to for my health. Something clicked back in August and I realized that all of the calorie deficit talk might actually be the solution and I could still have a regular sandwich with actual bread! So, I'm 10 pounds down and am waking up each day knowing that it IS possible to lose weight if I am just consistent with my calorie deficit. Whew, who knew just eating less (regular foods) would cause weight loss? 🤦♀ Thank you for the common sense!
Hi. I told you in the last video That I was going to get on track today and get my steps in Proud to say between walking dogs housework and some shopping I’ve racked up nearly six thousand steps Paying for it now with my foot pain and back but Determined to keep going Thank you for happening along my UA-cam page 😊
Much Respect on the amount of time and effort you put into this! awesome info. I would love to see this same experiment in a perimenopausal/menopausal person. That group is the one most susceptible to diet fads and misinformation. I feel like adding hormones into the game would yield different results, but I could be wrong!
Jordan, you're amazing! I spent all my early 20s worrying about not being able to lose weight because of my insulin resistance, and I swear to you a video like this one would've saved me so many awful days of battling with my own body. This is very very needed, keep up the good work!
The oatmeal spike really resonated with me! I have gestational diabetes and it's been mind boggling trying to discover what is going to spike my blood sugar. I found I could eat a mcdonalds breakfast meal with hashbrown and full fat cappuccino and get no spike at all, yet my oats with nuts, blueberries, chia seeds and cinnamon gave me a spike. It's really interesting but stressful! Your video has come at a great time for me so thank you!
Grains can cause sugar spikes, because they converted as carbs into usable energy just like sugar. Makes sense. Fibre can slow it down. I wonder if you ate nuts half hour before the oats , or a cup of drinkable fibre, if it would change the oat effects.
I love this video. We went from the 2000s low fat era to the 2020s high fat era. It's time for variety, moderation, and figuring out what works for you as an individual.
Nowadays I just avoid sugar most days because the spikes and drops feel horrible and mess with my productivity. But on the weekend I might get the occasional pastry or so. There are ways to live with sugar without being a slave of it
This channel helped me alot at the beginning of my 1 year journey of losing weight. I had insulin resistance after pregnancy I gained about 85 lbs with two pregnancies. Previously I had never been over weight so it was really hard for me and I didn't know what to do. I also had Insane amounts of anxiety that I battled almost daily for 10 years ! I have now lost a total of 67 lbs ❤!! I did actually have to stop eating sugar for most of this time because I noticed it was a huge factor in sparking my anxiety. Even things like rice and more sugary fruits were giving me huge amounts of anxiety with very physical symptoms , like neck muscles tightening, dizziness even a vertigo like feeling, sweating, high adrenaline and extreme fear almost immediately after eating something like that ( unrelated to stress). I counted calories for the first half of the journey and then switched to fasting and low carb high protein moderate fat with alot of walking and eventually lifting weights 4 days a week and the weight is falling off !! I didn't find I need to track my calories as much as I knew what amounts looked like and I knew I wasn't eating as much especially including fasting. It's just what worked for me and where I feel the best physically and mentally. I have occasionally had pizza and ice cream and some alcohol but I just kept going and I continued to lose weight or rather fat as he mentions. Definitely a focus on nutrient dense foods is the best solution.
So, to sum up, it's time to stop believing all the BS online, and if you want to lose weight, you have to be in a steady calorie deficit. None processed foods keep you full for longer. Processed food is ok but not nutritional dense and will make your weight loss goals harder because you'll be hungrier.
Jordan! Once again bringing us the truths about health, weight loss and a healthy relationship with food and exercise!!! I love your passion to help others who struggle with all of the above or are buried deep in all the bull shit and lies forced down their throats by scammers, crooks and influencers who care about one thing only…money! Keep up the good work my friend…you are needed and your mission and passion are blessed by God!
This experiment and video is AMAZING. Thank you for taking the time to do this. Also, as a Type 1 Diabetic- I am pretty jealous of your minor blood sugar spikes after eating bread and Frappuccinos 🤣 you are inspiring Jordan, thank you again.
Paused the video around 39:30 for the “You have to drink” it part with the frapaccino. Jordan must have felt like Dumbledore when they were trying to retrieve the Horcrux 😂😂😂
I am curious much muscles do you lose(or retain) during this experiment? Also, how much do you gain after getting off this experiment and the composition of your body (fat vs muscle)?
I followed your progress with this on Instagram and have been WAITING for this video to come out. I have a friend who tried to tell me glucose spikes would stop me from losing weight. They would not listen when I said calories are KING when trying to lose fat and I can't wait to show them this video. Thank you, Jordan, for always putting out good information and showing me I can eat my favorite foods and still lose weight.
I concur I did keto for a year. I bought into the whole EAT as much as you want just cut carbs under 20g a day. That was shitty advice. I lost 30 pounds and it stalled CICO still is a thing. I went to Snake Diet and lost 20 pounds in the first 10 days (why because I wasn't eating calories except 500 calorie refeeds every 2-3 days) When my results start to stall on low carb refeeds I'll give this a shot but my results are 1-2 pounds a day right now so hard to justify a change until those results slow down.
I’ve loved following along this experiment on Instagram and this is also such a great video. I admire your dedication to these videos and find them fascinating . I do wonder if the effects would be different on a female doing this experiment too though. Been listening to Dr. Mindy Pelz a lot lately and she goes on and on about blood sugar and how bad it is for female hormones. ( also states wearing a CGM being the only way to know about blood sugar spikes and we should all be testing ourselves to know if we are breaking our fasts correctly). Would be so curious to see a woman do this, especially a 30+ one.
I was OMAD for 4+ years. The last 4 of which I was regularly burning 4500-5000/day at work. I was eating 800-1200cals. I barely lost weight. If anything it just made it easier to maintain. I have now switched jobs. And while my body comp has def changed, for the worse, I've only gained 3 lbs. I decided to talk to a nutritionist about what I need to change. I logged my food and activities. She told me I wasn't eating enough. So I have begun aiming to eat 1660cals per day based on my 175 lbs weight. I've done that for 2 months now, measuring everything food wise by weight and logging it. Most days I have to force myself to reach that number. I haven't lost or gained any weight, or seen any difference in my body comp, while still feeling like I'm force feeding myself. I workout and hike regularly. I'm 'trusting the process' of reverse dieting. But my mind still can't wrap itself around how this is even possible. If I am still under eating, and was severely under eating before, how do I still maintain the high body weight. I know people say I must not be truthful about what I'm eating and how much I'm active...but I am!!! I really am. I want to fix this but can't seem to get my weight to budge. I got off birth control and that hasn't made a difference either. I'm baffled. And I haven't had anyone that can figure it out. I seriously don't know what else to do.
@@davidiglesias9549haha what? I hike on steep slopes all day, 10hr days, with 50-75lbs of gear, swing an axe all day too. My coworkers burn more calories, so much so that they keep a meal on their nightstand for when they wake up in the middle of the night due to hunger. My VO2 max is that of an elite athlete.
I stumbled upon your videos and I am so glad I found you. You are the voice of common sense that is so lacking on all of the crazy weight loss fat loss videos especially Carnivore/Keto, IF blah blah blah. Your 30 day sugar experiment was an eye opener for this non diabetic viewer. Thanks so much for what you do! Truthfully, I am so sick and tired of all the phony Doctors on youtube who are making a living from the money they are making by providing total absolute BS to gullible people.
Hi Jordan. Another a great great video I always enjoy all your content. This was very helpful. Thank you for doing this to show us that we can eat everything and still lose weight even sugar. It’s true as long as you are in a calorie deficit you will lose weight. Your daughter is adorable. She is a little cutie. Thanks again for all the information you provided for us.
I ❤ this video. Thanks for the encouragement to just keep going and not quit when the scales get crazy. Dessert or sugar won’t f it all up. I just reset, stay in a caloric deficit and move forward. Thank you for all you do to help us all!!!💞💪🏽💪🏽
Jordan don’t miss. His experiments are the best and actually help people. His reminders on his IG stories to check blood pressure and other levels is saving a lot of people.
Excellent video. Thank you for doing it. I have a question though. Do you think the results would have been different if you didn’t workout as you were doing it?
I love this video. Solid arguments against multiple fear mongering tactics on social media. I appreciate the section on hunger. For a long time I thought that calorie dense foods are too hard to fit in because of hunger which led to avoidance and a poor relationship with food and a diet hamster wheel. But I’ve recognized it’s not that I can’t fit anything I just can’t eat like I used to where the majority of foods are low nutrient calorie dense foods. Including favorites is key to sticking with the cut but majoring in nutrition is key to staying in a deficit.
I really appreciate how thoughtfully and carefully you have approached this experiment and the amount of time and research you've invested to help clear up some of the myths around fat loss and blood sugar that have been floating around. As always, excellent content!
Would be good to know how the sugar crashes would effect a less insulin sensitive person. Keto definitely stops hunger and cravings and would like to know if that’s due to the high protein or the lack of sugars in a normal less IS person (since most people trying to lose weight are heavier and less fit and thus more insulin resistant)
As usual, a great video, Jordan. This one is specifically good because it tackles a very hot topic for many on social media. I am glad you did the experiment and brought scientific value to it! Keep up the great work!
Dr. Jason Fung is punching the air right now. 😂 If you don’t know who he is: He’s so dogmatic about how “calorie deficits are useless” and that all you have to do to lose fat is to stop eating sugar.
Cool video, I struggle with binge eating and get super obsessed with the potential damage to insulin sensitivity in the long run. Also thought it was interesting how the testosterone went from 500 to 900 over the month.
You have the amazing ability to explain something complex in a way that makes it feel like common sense. Thank you for all the time and effort you put into this video! I always look forward to seeing the projects you come up with! 🙂
Fantastic video, so glad you're sharing this, I've seen so many people online recently talk about how bad spiking your blood sugar is and you can't lose weight if you're doing it.
I love how Noom is the ad below this video. Just huge thanks to you Jordan for doing crazy shit to prove a point. You're thoroughness and scientific methods are appreciated. You have helped me tremendously with improving my relationship with food. (however I do judge your Krispy Kreme order... original all the way)
I absolutely love your content Jordan - thank you for everything you do. I just have one question: being a man who practices BJJ every day + goes to the gym + hits his steps every day + has a decent amount of muscle, shouldn't your maintenance calories be much higher than 2100? According to most TDEE calculators online, 2100 is my maintenance, but I'm a small female. Do you think most TDEE calculators are overestimating my required calories?
Recent subscriber to the channel. MindPump shouted you out and recently saw your episode with them. Thanks for dispelling the lies. Sometimes it's hard to see the forest for the trees with all the misinformation out there. Thanks for being a great resource of good information!
I was so excited to see this video come out! I had to get off of IG for my mental health and have missed seeing the updates on this experiment! Thank you for all you do to help us learn about how incredible how bodies truly are and how we can take care of them better!!
I find this so interesting, seeing what does (oatmeal) and doesn't spike blood sugar. I think it's really valuable illustration of how one component (sugar) doesn't give you the full picture, and demonising one macronutrient or food group is ultimately so counterproductive!
I’ve been looking forward to this video & it did not disappoint. Thank you, for once again, showing that moderation is key & that you can eat what you like without fear and still lose weight. Adding this to my arsenal for when people start talking about how dangerous sugar is.
I’m so glad you did this! I’ve been seeing so much about glucose and different products being pushed and I was 🤏 this close to falling for it! Instead I just calculated my calories and protein and printed off a calendar to make sure I’m consistent for 90 days! Wish me luck 😂 😅
I'm curious if you checked the accuracy of your CGM. With the Freestyle Libre 2, you can't calibrate it, and I've found that it's been off by 40 MG per DL. While your spikes may be tracked, your actual baseline may be inaccurate. I do agree that if you don't have a blood sugar problem, then you don't need one of these, but I do feel that they can be beneficial for those who may wonder how certain foods may react to their specific body, and how well their own system handle spikes. I have to add that you're also showing that you're an active person. If you work out before or after eating, your spikes will be blunted. Even a short walk blunts a spike.
Holy S&$@!!!! Thank you Jordan! I’ve just discovered you before this video from your mind pump interview and I’m floored. Thank you for doing this! I’ve struggled with weight loss and all the crap you hear online. I was 205 of fat and I’m done to 186, I’ve built muscle and am healthier than ever. I’ve been struggling to lose the last 10 pounds and was wondering if it was sugar from carbs etch holding me back so this video couldn’t have come at a better time. Thank you thank you thank you!!! You’re a real solid dude
Watched this one over two sessions on the elliptical. I've been trying to pay better attention to the crashes I get after eating certain foods- no CGM or anything, but just slowing down and paying attention to how I feel. I've not changed anything earth-shattering, but just that simple mindfulness is definitely helping thanks to your posts along this challenge!
Min 29. My mom was over one day and she was using my 1 cup scoop that I keep in my pet's dog food to scoop out his dinner and the same thing happened to her. She said it just snapped off. I didn't believe her. Now I do. I recorded that scene on my phone and sent it to her. She now has been vindicated. Thanks Jordan. 😆
First, as always, amazing content. Thank you for what you do. Second, I LOVE the flow of this video. I follow you on all platforms and it's like being in the multiverse seeing some of your insta posts in this video and getting the day by day following insta, but getting the big picture and big take aways in this video! Third, I have been following you since the white board days and I love the transition to the sitting at the desk breakdown. Having the desk 1:1 bits throughout was so nice, also a really nice clean set. Gave me whiteboard vibes without it feeling lecture-y. Just LOVE ALL OF IT!
I think this is a great exercise/video, but many folk will be insulin resistant, and just won’t have the metabolic flexibility and recover like you do from the sugar spiking. Try this with people in early stage of insulin resistance and see if they lose weight, I doubt this would work as well. But it could reduce cortisol levels and a great method to transition people over to healthier eating which in turn over time can improve their insulin resistance. Weight is complex and other factors such as hormones and microbiome diversity can play large and important roles in weight . Calorie deficit only works so long, before the body adapts, hence why many hit a plateau of weight loss after a period.
I was thinking the same. I am a sedentary 40+ year old obese woman (over 120lbs overweight) with hormonal issues (PMDD and possibly peri menopausal). There is a history of diabetes in my family, and due to being severely overweight, I am clearly insulin resistant. I highly doubt this experiment would have the same results on me. But I am at a point where I am willing to try anything to get my health back. Let’s see if a consistent calorie deficit of 500-600 cals/day will work on me - might as well put this experiment to test for someone that actually needs to lose a significant amount of fat.
I’ve been waiting for this one! This is amazing. Thank you for doing these experiments. They are extremely helpful for people like me, who believed almost every *fad* that ever existed. I’m have more patience with the scale while not attaching emotions to what it reads, and learning to just trust the process.
Wow this has been so insightful. Thank you for taking the time to do these experiment in real time to show everyone that all the shit out there is meant to make us fearful, and sell us something we don’t need.
Amazing video as always Jordan. Explains so much and shines light on things in our own lives that we know needed to change and now have confirmation! Love you!
Thank you for the diet cola test. Cola is very important to me and people have their own opinions on the diet cola and it is not helpful. Also i am insulin resistance and it is probably making me extremely hungry all the time. A doctor said i need to do exercise but what level exercise is right? Have u done a video about it? It would be interesting.
Hey, skittles is empty calorie food and oatmeal is a whole nutritious food also stays longer in your system. That’s why spike your sugar levels more than the candy candy thing disappears in minutes oatmeal takes hours.
LOVE the day count sound effect. 😂😎 And I looove you for always being so fucking honest with us and giving us the common sense in a non-complicated way. Makes life so much easier. I remember having stopped eating oatmeal and bananas at some point coz of the ‘evil sugar spike’ and feeling scared of what this does to my body. 👀😑 i mean. How fucked up is this? So thanks again for making us better humans and taking better care of ourselves. Huge fan of you and what you have to say. 🙌🏻🤝🏻 all the best to you and your fam. ☺️
Awesome info as always! I listened to your zone two podcasts a while ago and they have absolutely changed the way I exercise. I am finding it much easier to stay committed to my routines because it seems so much less punishing even though they really haven’t gotten easier. Thanks for the psychological overhaul!
This video was so helpful. I have felt so confused lately about what I am allowed to eat and the IF crowd really got into my head. This was very interesting especially regarding oatmeal, funny thing is every time I eat oatmeal for breakfast I am super hungry right away. Starbucks is my biggest weakness and I have put on so much weight because of it. Dude the coast I grew up on the water was 55 degrees and I definitely liked wearing a wet suit, good for you for dunking. Thank you!
Jordan love your dedication to this! Thank you for using yourself to experiment! You are my number one for accurate high quality information! Amazing video 👏
When you said the Frappuccino could f up your whole day!!!!! Seriously!!!!! Learned my lesson fast with those. Just can’t have them unless the only thing on the agenda is a nap!
HUGE, HUGE YMMV on how high blood sugar impacts individuals when it comes to mental and emotional issues. Everyone process it differently even if you aren't diagnosed with an issue. You might react better than Jordan or significantly worse. When I was IF way back when and regularly running, I went to the hospital for a routine procedure (unrelated) that required me to be fasted for 24 hours and they clocked my blood sugar in the 60s and I felt 100% fine and still very active (I took the dogs on a long walk the morning of the procedure). I assume this is because my body had become accustomed to my blood sugar levels. Others may be passing out at that blood sugar level. Same goes on the high end. When I was very obese and first started losing weight, my blood sugars were borderline diabetic and I brought them down to normal-high levels and I had all the classic symptoms of low blood sugar even though i was no where close to that number. Calories In vs Calories Out works for weight loss/gain, but it does NOT work for anything past wight loss/gain.
I have been waiting what feels like YEARS for you to release this video. Reminds me of the hustle you put in during the Big Mac challenge. Love you man and the work you do. I’m a big big fan of all your channels, especially your podcast. Thanks Jordan!

True, but the less sugar I consume. The less I crave it and to binge eat. And low sugar and carbs makes intermittent fasting a lot easier for me.
@@lynxsphynx9787 I hope you believe that all children are innocent.

Yes!!!!❤❤❤❤
It really is that simple .. people just need to be accountable and be real with themselves and keep it simple!
I am going through menopause and was told to carb cycle to help with hormones. Do you or Susan have any insight on this?? Thank you. This was amazing

Thank you. I'm soooo tired of this "all or nothing" type of mentality when it comes to food. Just be moderate ffs.

Get some bloodwork and hormone testing done.
Unless u are an olympic athlete I doubt you were burning 4500 calories at work.... that's equivalent to walking 45 miles
Thank you for all you do to help us all!!!💞💪🏽💪🏽
You better watch out for the Glucose Goddess😂 I loved your experiment!! My son is type one diabetic and I so appreciate you bringing awareness!
Yes I too would be interested to see if this experiment would work on an obese woman 40+.
As usual, a great video, Jordan. This one is specifically good because it tackles a very hot topic for many on social media. I am glad you did the experiment and brought scientific value to it! Keep up the great work!
Dr. Jason Fung is punching the air right now. 😂
If you don’t know who he is: He’s so dogmatic about how “calorie deficits are useless” and that all you have to do to lose fat is to stop eating sugar.
Lol!
Thanks to Jason Fung I learned I can eat 100,000 calories every day and still drop fat because I avoid sugar! Thanks Jason! /s
Pleas realize that Jason presents info from credible studies. This one guy’s results from 30 days isn’t very scientifically sound.
oh for the love of god @@tiffanyflint
Fun fact: Fung has FUN in it.
My guy eating plain oats with NOTHING 😭😭😭
Cool video, I struggle with binge eating and get super obsessed with the potential damage to insulin sensitivity in the long run. Also thought it was interesting how the testosterone went from 500 to 900 over the month.
I love how authentic you are! I follow you on every platform because you are so awesome! I have your book too! Thank you!
You have the amazing ability to explain something complex in a way that makes it feel like common sense. Thank you for all the time and effort you put into this video! I always look forward to seeing the projects you come up with! 🙂
Great job on this Jordan! Engaging and informative as always 👏👏👏
I’ve never been more excited to click an hour long video. Thank you for doing this.
Fantastic video, so glad you're sharing this, I've seen so many people online recently talk about how bad spiking your blood sugar is and you can't lose weight if you're doing it.
I loved this so much!! You are incredible and I found this so helpful!! Say it louder for the people in the back! CALORIE DEFICIT!!
Absolutely amazing video! You’re changing the world ❤
I love how Noom is the ad below this video. Just huge thanks to you Jordan for doing crazy shit to prove a point. You're thoroughness and scientific methods are appreciated. You have helped me tremendously with improving my relationship with food. (however I do judge your Krispy Kreme order... original all the way)
My ad was for vshred 😂
I absolutely love your content Jordan - thank you for everything you do. I just have one question: being a man who practices BJJ every day + goes to the gym + hits his steps every day + has a decent amount of muscle, shouldn't your maintenance calories be much higher than 2100? According to most TDEE calculators online, 2100 is my maintenance, but I'm a small female. Do you think most TDEE calculators are overestimating my required calories?
Go Alyssa! I'm obsessed with these videos! Jordan, thanks for the fiber lesson!
How is it going? I am going to start a similar 90 challenge myself soon!
Was their any fasting involved with this? What windows /time frames were you not eating for?
Jason Fung has entered the chat 😂😂😂
Interesting to make this comment without watching th full video first 😂
Holy S&$@!!!!
Jordan…. You’re still the fave!! Please keep putting out knowledge 🫶🏽
Interesting video. Do you believe there's any difference between naturally derived sugar and refined sugar?
Amazing video - thank you Jordan!
What an amazing video!! Straight up like a documentary.
I’ve been waiting for this one. This was awesome!! Thank you for all the time and work you put into the information you share! So informative!
My weight has been the same for five weeks now….I WILL NOT QUIT!!!! At least I’m not gaining 😊
How is your weight loss journey going now?
I was looking forward for this video. Thank you for taking the time and effort to send this message and educate.
Great video, thank you for taking the time to run this experiment!
how many grams of sugar you would recommend?
This was so informative and easy to understand, while also being so interesting and captivating. Thoroughly enjoyed watching this. You’re the best!!
Woodway treadmill in an apartment gym?? Nice! Great video.
Loved every minute of this! Thank you for providing multiple perspectives!
I love what you did soooo much!! I preach the concept of eat what you u want in moderation and eat in a calorie deficit if you want to lose weighy
This is video amazing!🎉 Thank you so much for doing these experiments, Jordan!!
Great content J. As always, consistency… Just like your messaging when I was a 1/1 client of yours back in 2014, hasn’t ever changed.
Great video! Followed the Instagram post and it’s nice to see the final video.
Love your content and appreciate the great insights.
Well said. My sentiments EXACTLY !
Love you!
wait so if i do hitt training eat high carbs high protien lose fat build muscle calorie defict will i be fine?
Thank you for the diet cola test. Cola is very important to me and people have their own opinions on the diet cola and it is not helpful. Also i am insulin resistance and it is probably making me extremely hungry all the time. A doctor said i need to do exercise but what level exercise is right? Have u done a video about it? It would be interesting.
Hey, skittles is empty calorie food and oatmeal is a whole nutritious food also stays longer in your system. That’s why spike your sugar levels more than the candy candy thing disappears in minutes oatmeal takes hours.
This video needs to be #1 on UA-cam Such an important video for everyone
Amazing content as usual Jordan!! Thanks for this experiment. I think thinks gonna help so many people.
Love love LOVE this! Thank you for putting yourself through all of these crazy things to help all of us. You are incredible.
LOVE the day count sound effect. 😂😎
And I looove you for always being so fucking honest with us and giving us the common sense in a non-complicated way.
Watching this on Instagram was fun. So glad you made a whole video on this. Super informative and also very entertaining.
Crazy value in this one, beautifully put together. Probably my favourite video since the Big Mac challenge 👏
I've been waiting for the oatmeal test! Plain vs with protein-I love you Jordan, thank you for doing what you do!
Been following intently on the insta! 👏🏼👏🏼 great video!
Wow, this is really well made and put together. Great information and amazing editing. Love it! Thanks, Jordan!
Thanks Jordan!
I love that you spoke with Dr. Nadolsky! Love that guy!
When you said the Frappuccino could f up your whole day!!!!! Seriously!!!!! Learned my lesson fast with those. Just can’t have them unless the only thing on the agenda is a nap!
This was fantastic information! Great video!
This one will go down in history!!! As a future medical professional, I thank you.
