another hair hack: if you don't have a satin pillow & you bonnet is bothering you or making you hot (bc i know mine does), try taking a satin scarf & putting it over your pillow & tucking it under so it doesn't move around. works great for me & keeps my cotton pillow from sucking all the moisture outta my hair!
I don't know if this is a hack or not but. . . saving old containers is something that I do. I use an old detangler sprits bottle for my water bottle to rewet my hair. I use an old eco styled container for my Perm Rods. & the small containers my Earphones usually come in, I store rubber bands and bobby pins so I can have them on the go.
Definitely taking notes 📝 from both of you guys! First time watching you and OMG girl we don't know how we're just now seeing your channel! Love your personality and your energy 😻
In conjugation to Hack # 2, make sure your moisturizer and gel mix well. Mix a tiny amount on the back of your hand with your hand. If they work well, they will turn smooth and creamy. If not, it'll clump up almost like cottage cheese. This saved me from many bad hair days! What will work for 1 UA-camr may NOT work for you babes!
That plastic wrap hack is genius! Definitely gonna give that a try because I'm sure the maintenance crew in my apts is sick of my clogged drain service requests. Lol
I never thought of mixing my gel and moisturizer. I just did my first wash and go using the shingling method and that tip would've saved me so much time. Your hair always looks gorgeous btw❤❤
My favorite hack was the moisturizing your ends. I'm 67 so I've been natural though different decades as well as pressed and relaxed. I wish I would have learned these hacks when I was younger.
I purely clicked because I saw the thumbnail saw that you are stunning! And you make me want to try cornrows again! Mixing creams and gels together is a fantastic idea! I'll try it :)
I am subscribed to both channels and I also watched her video. What I did not hear from either of you is the importance of trimming/dusting damaged or split ends. I've had good success with length retention from getting regular trims. I really enjoyed both videos.... Great job!
When I'm deep conditioning I "seal" in the moisture with an oil. I am high porosity but idk howwww but hair feels like butter when I rinse it out and I feel like it helps my hair absorbs more moisture. I've suggested this to low porosity friends and they have said the same
knowing how rigorous being a naturalista can be I found this video sooooo helpful it's definitely steps I can take to make my life so much easy. I appreciate this video so much!!
Great tips girly ♥️♥️ Keep up the great work very entertaining, informative and you don’t lag through the video which was nice lol but your very pretty and talk very nicely so it was still entertaining! Sending love ♥️♥️ I liked and subscribed
I use the Herbal Essences hello hydration conditioner to detangle before my DC that is the ONLY conditioner that gives sooo much slip AND leaves my hair soft and moisturized! I have 4b/4c hair so I need all the slip and moisture I can get. Give it a try girl! Love these tips will be trying them out! TFS
Yessss Kaice I was so excited to see this video because I also watch Nia. Loved the hacks. #11 is a great idea definitely will try it. I love aloe vera juice/gel. By the way where did you get your necklace from?
hey kaice!! i just wanted to ask you how do you maintain and take care of your natural hair, all while being a full time college student?? i know it's summer so you got a little bit more time than usual, but when school comes around, how do you manage your natural hair, and being a student at the same time so well?? i'm only a junior in high school, but time flying by fast as hell and i'll be in college as fast as i can blink so thought i should get a jumpstart lol. but if you could answer or do an advice video i would appreciate it!! love ya!
if you want something easy to travel, use the as I am doublebutter cream. very moisturizing, is packed with shea butter and coconut, perfect for the summer
+Kaice Alea I LOVE your hair hacks and you are GORGEOUS!! I agree with the olive oil for detangling and using your fingers, my hair LOVES olive oil and it has really helped my hair grow. Also last year I did the cg method and all it did was make the top half of my hair high-po and the lower half low-po so I've had to adjust my products according to the different textures but I'm definitely trying the Aloe vera on my high-po hair section, great hacks and the plastic wrap hack. 😮😱👌👍👍👍
I luv watching u i finely did the big chop after watching enough of ya videos and i have 4 c hair so I definitely make sure I don't miss a video and where did u get the hood dryer from i could use that plz leave info thanx beautiful
do you deep condition on dry hair then? I'm worried about catching a cold if I leave my deep conditioner overnight because I do it after shampooing so hair is wet
The DC overnite, I don't agree with. If your DC hasn't done all its gonna do in 30 mins, toss it, lol. I think if you leave a DC on your hair overnite, its doin nothin. Plus your follow up products should help aid w/hydration, slip, softness, hold, etc. Just my opinion. 🙂
Des Coop I *love* the GVP conditioning balm at Sally Beauty. Protein and silicone free and only $6-7 USD. It's the dupe for Matrix Biolage conditioning balm for a third the price. You can add oils like castor or avacado and it is great as a combination conditioner/hot oil treatment, saves me lots of time.
I've done almost all of these i actually have a bonnet on my head rest i have a question about the aloe Vera juice do i put it straight in a spray bottle and at what step do i put it on on wash day and what brands are go
gday luv fancy the fact that you look natural favorite hack saran wrap over edges..under peppermint oil silk scarf under my wig silk scarf at night yes reuse bottles but I am boycotting Shameful moisture
Overmoisturizatiom has to do with too much moisture not too much protein. Kaice is very wrong. I’m not saying don’t overnight deep condition but her reasoning is false
What was your favorite hair hack and what will you be trying??????
Kaice Alea adding oil in my shampoo
Kaice thanks a lot ❤️❤️
Using African black soap as a shampoo and body bar.
Kaice Alea where r u from?I see Tattoo in Arabic 😍
Kaice Alea i love 1
Your camera angles and lighting is always A1! MA GAWDDDDDD😍😍
Halfrican Beaute hey mommm💓
Halfrican Beaute hey I watch your videos!!!!!!

No wonder I used to wake up with dry hair even though I supremes moisturized it. The cotton was sucking the moisture out. Thanks!

yes some bottles are better spray bottles that can give the right mist
same
Me 2 lol
You can use a soap bottle to store diys that way you can squeeze the product out 😉😊
Can't even pay attention to what you're saying, because you're so beautiful.
Lily Raimey aw thankyou so much❤️❤️
Definitely taking notes 📝 from both of you guys! First time watching you and OMG girl we don't know how we're just now seeing your channel! Love your personality and your energy 😻

OMG Hack #11 is genius! I'm definitely going to do that. Love your braids btw.

Facts
looking absolutely radiant like you are wearing blush or blushing naturally
I'm glad you two collaborated, love you both💜
I purely clicked because I saw the thumbnail saw that you are stunning! And you make me want to try cornrows again!
Mixing creams and gels together is a fantastic idea! I'll try it :)
Thinking about going natural you've inspired me very much love ya ❤️
I just discovered your channel yesterday and I'm obsessed! You're so organized and get right to the point. Love it!
my hair hack is rinse your hair with water. for about 5minutes BEFORE shampooing your hair. this will allow your shampoos to lather up better
the hack that we had in common was using rinse out conditioner as a detagler to save product on deep conditioners
Wow I love this video. SO many tips that are so doable and not extra as hell!! Lol
girl you really are gorgeous!
Love your channel girl! Keep up the good work ❤️✨
I love both of your channels!! 💕💕
Loved these hacks, your hair is so pretty 😍
I love your hairstyle !
UnivHair Soleil English yes she needs to do a video on it.

OMG I'm high porosity too, why didn't I think of this! 😮 Thanx for the tip girl!
knowing how rigorous being a naturalista can be I found this video sooooo helpful it's definitely steps I can take to make my life so much easy. I appreciate this video so much!!
Definitely trying the pillow case hack because my hair tends to get snagged on the headrest of my car seat a lot 😞
This may sound silly but I never knew you could mix a moisturizer & gel as opposed to doing it separately 😱😱😱 I CAN'T WAIT to do this loo
definitely going to try the satin headrest idea!!
notification squad!!! I love your videos!!!

Perfect timing for the pool hack because swimming caps never stay on my head and I hate not being able to swim under water 😡😡

Kaice Alea Great Hacks! I do your #6 in reverse, because my strands are much stronger for the stress that detangling puts on it. Hope this helps !!
